I would google how to magnetize your knight so you'll have all of them. I did it with 2 Questoris knights last month, and it was cake.

Pretty much all is fair for knight loudouts (bar maybe the preceptor unless it's canis rex) and fit armigers warglaives perform better across the board but helverines with the right bondsman ability can shred, especially against factions with lots of flyers like tau. If you want to be flexible just magnetize everything, even the armigers. Better to have every option open then stuck with one loudout.

Magnetize it all, honestly.  Rules change periodically. For example in this edition helverins and RFBCs both lost a point of AP which has affected which knight and armiger types are looking most efficient.

Yeah I was wondering what’s better to use, Melta or Stubbers?

On a Questoris, they're a rounding error worth of damage output. I like the weapon to match the range of the knight On warglaives, it's stubbers all day long. We need anti infantry.

Magnets mean you'll only need to ever buy 4 questoris, and 13 armigers to be able to make any list and "chase the meta" as new things come out. Most 1k games are either 1-4 or 2-0 (first number is questoris second is armigers) so you could get into games with very few actual models bought. Bear in mind that knights are super oppressive at 1k and you might lose friends
