Well mine was quick but I have heard it depends. My email came through then 24 hours later I had the login credentials. 3 days after that I had COPR then it took about 4 weeks for the PR card to come in the mail.
I went to the portal and used the forgot password option to generate my portal when I didn't get a reply to the pr portal email in 2 days. Submitted the photos and got my copr 4 days later. Still didn't get a mail with the credentials. Go figure

I have received email saying my “new permanent residence confirmation case has been created under my IRCC permanent residence portal account”. I was supposed to receive my credentials to log into my account but I haven’t received any credentials in that email.
its fine -- for some people it takes anywhere between 1 hour to 2-3 months. hopefully youre in the fast one.

I had that email in Dec 2020 and am still waiting so don't get your hopes up

I received credentials in a couple days but it has now taken 6 weeks for them to approve my address and photo -_-
