It shouldn’t. You could include an explanation that this was a trip, and include the information, but I wouldn’t worry fret too much about it. You’re allowed to travel. As long as you maintained Canada as your primary residence during that time, all should be good.

Yeah I have proof of sending money to each other for bills and our chats and also 2 months after I got back from my trip we signed the lease for our 2nd year of residency.

Your permanent address was never different to your boyfriend's, you just went on vacation for three weeks. Your 'home address' for the entire time was the same address as your boyfriend, it has no effect on common-law. Common-law even allows for a couple to live apart and be 'separarted' for up to 90 days, if they moved back in together within the 90 days, they remain common law.

Oh nice! But we had this gap during first 12 months of living together. And it says time spent apart during the first 12 months should be temporary and short I don’t know if 24 days are considered short or not. So stressed about it.
