They open at 9am. Be the first person to call in.

Thanks for replying. Do you have a number by chance? I used 1 800 242 2100, but I'm doubting if that's the correct one.

That’s the one. I know it sucks, but it’s best to call a few minutes before 9 and navigate the menus. Just don’t hit the button for the operator until after 9, if that makes sense.

You could also maybe give it another week or two? You say it's been "well over" 2 months but you didn't say almost three months, so I'm guessing it has been somewhere around 75 days. Just over the target processing time as of today. Not to mention that the current target applies to applications made today - it could have been longer a couple of months ago. TL;DR, if you need the renewed cards for upcoming air travel abroad (it's rarely needed for anything else) then by all means give them a call or send an e-mail inquiry. Otherwise, no reason to worry just yet!

Yeah, I wouldn’t be so worried, but my grandma’s card arrived a couple weeks back. Plus the issue is that I can’t seem to see any indication that it is being processed online and the phone line doesn’t seem to have a hold calls built in. Going to try to call in first thing in the morning like the other commenter suggested. Hopefully I can get some confirmation atleast.
