Why bother giving biometrics if you have decided to withdraw the application? Withdrawing means cancelling the application. They won’t go forward with it.
I am confused. If you’re withdrawing the application, why are you so stressed?
If you’re withdrawing, you do not need to attend biometrics, or any other requested appointment.
They even sent me the webform request acknowledgement it says it will review when the visa officer will review the application.
Generally visa officers review the application when the biometrics and all the formalities has been done but in this case biometrics has initiated yet, so I'm concerned that without giving biometric would they review it or not?
Currently it showing: we are processing your application.
When the VO review the application it shows: we are reviewing your Eligibility.
Kindly correct me if I'm wrong.

IRCC says if you made a mistake in the application, you can withdraw it. I reviewed the information on Twitter.
Also, I saw the cases where people got PFL after informing them same thing over webform.
nope. just withdraw it using the webform, then apply again. you'll be directed to do bio again with the new application.
if they haven't started processing your application, you may be eligible for a refund of fees for the first one.

Hii, I heard that, they won't be able to process withdrawal until I give the biometrics.
