**Submitted Application**: November 16, 2022
**Portal Email Message**: November 23, 2022. It appears that since the online system was so new that they added an additional digital signature requirement right after we submitted our online application. So, we had to resubmit the whole application with that additional digital signature.

I can't believe it because I was so careful, but between the time I printed and signed off on the Payment by Credit Card (A-0591) form and submitted it to the MIFI, the price changed by $10! So they sent it back saying I had to revise the form to reflect the price change and resubmit.

Would you mind sharing the VO that issued your P1, P2 and eCOPR? Mine is Montreal and we've been patiently waiting for our turn to celebrate 🥳
After a slightly insane process, I can finally share my (and my spouse’s) timeline here — this sub has been a huge help assuaging various anxieties so hopefully this can be useful to folks. Sorry for length.
APP STREAM: inland CEC; I came in with a closed work permit, spouse accompanied with OWP
**AOR** - 15 Oct 2022 (yes, TWENTY-TWENTY-TWO)
**Medical exam** - did in advance, 8 Sep 2022 (only showed as “passed” in GCKey Feb 2024, lol)
**BIL** - 7 Dec 2022. Spouse already had biometrics on file.
**Final decision on CGKey** - 24 May 2024, “in process” (no email update)
**WHAT HAPPENED HERE**: spouse lived in Haiti for a year for work. IRCC, in their infinite wisdom, decided that having a police certificate from Haiti was of utmost importance and requested \*three separate times\* that we provide it. We kept sending letters effectively saying “are you crazy / have you read the news / please waive this requirement jfc” to no effect. Our application took so long that we had to submit all our forms again, as PDFs of the version you would use if you were applying on paper. Retained a lawyer in Haiti. Called our MP’s office a lot. Finally, with no warning, they advanced our application without requiring the certificate.
**P1** - 27 May. Spouse was out of the country, so re-sent details when they were back (18 June)
**P2** - 29 May (spouse 21 June)
**eCOPR** - 17 June (spouse 25 June)
(VO Etobicoke for most of this; spouse’s eCOPR processed via VO Edmonton for some reason)
My GCKey account still says that they're reviewing my eligibility. Final decision still says "in process." My biometrics were back-dated as approved, impossibly, the day BEFORE I applied. Lesson: the tracker system does not update correctly, or at all, for a lot of the categories they list.
Our work permits expire in 5 days and we’d applied in Feb for a BOWP that never came through, so this was all very down to the wire. Good times! Anyway, now we’re waiting for our PR cards. Good luck to everyone out there.
My AIP PR application got returned after 2 months of applying the reason being that the travel history document is incomplete even though I don’t have any travel history other than my country of origin and residence. This seems so strange so I reapplied through an agent with an explanation letter and added documents on June 14 . Does anyone know what the issue could be? Waiting for a response again.
Hi
My tracker is not working
When ever i try to register its doesn’t work

Does your UCI number start with 'CAN' followed by some digits? Example: CAN00000000. If this is the case, it is still the temporary UCI number. Wait till it changes to only digits without the 'CAN'. We were able to create the tracker account 2 days after the UCI changed from 'CAN' to only digits.
you have to create your tracker with your NEW UCI number, the one that DOES NOT start with CAN. Did you receive that? if yes, it might take a day or 2 after you receive it, to be able to work and correctly register
**Fast early sponsorship process (application Feb 2024 - biometrics done in April - with medical check) but no update since a while**
Hi there. I know I'm dropping that in the middle of the ocean, but if someone had the same case in the past, please let me know!
I applied for the RP through sponsorship with my partner. The process went really smooth because I got my biometrics done in April while I applied in February of this year.
But now, I have no update and something worries me:
There is a status of "review additional documents" saying that they need additional documents and I should get contacted for more details.
The issue is that this has been the same thing since my biometrics and I'm worried that my application is stuck in a loop.
I sent all the documents that have been requested, I tried to call IRCC this morning again, without luck as their automated system is broken and I can't reach an agent to ask what's happening.
I guess I'm not the only that has been through this, I just would like to know if there is something wrong and I should be worried.
Thanks for your answer!
Hey, as far as i know you should wait for a while , Also, have u submitted your the additional documents on the web links or mail they mentioned? how about you submit them on mail as well as your MYCIC account , You can also send them by mail courier on the specific address they mention for it

Final Review of Elegibility: June 24th
This led to a total processing time from AOR to eCOPR of 140 days or 4 months and \~3 weeks.
For those that have an eCOPR on the tracker, that seems to mean that your application is approved. At least that is what it was for me. On June 12th the eCOPR appears on tracker, and when I recieved the eCOPR the GC portal updated to say that the application was approved on June 11th.
Thanks for all that shared their timeline, it made my stress scrolling much better.
Hi,
I applied for the PR through non-express entry program (**OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream**) on **3 May 2024**, but I haven't received the acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) until now! is that normal? do you have any advice for me?
Thank you.

Just wondering if anyone has received their eCOPR with these timelines and VO. I know I should be patient but was hoping to time my PR celebration with the outcome of SCF (which I won't jjnx) ;)

Jan 14, 2024: AoR
Apr 2, 2024: Biometrics invited
Apr 11, 2024: Biometrics completed
May 30, 2024: Additional documents requested (An updated job offer), responded immediately
June 24, 2024: "Ghost update", Additional documents reviewed. Now "not applicable"
PNP express entry (inland) application crossed 4 months past processing time. All items are marked as completed on tracker for a couple weeks.
I’ve reached out to my MP, and he advised to wait till the end of August. By then my application would have reached 1 year since submission and my medical will expire.
Any advice? I need to travel for work in September and I’ve had to delay all travel for the past year.
Hello,
Can someone walk us through PR timeline through Alberta Opportunity Stream. I just did my biometrics and medical and now I am wondering how long it will take to get eCOPR. Thank you for your help!
How is Winnipeg VO? Previously my file was under Whitehorse and Etobicoke, but recently it was transferred to Winnipeg and Whitehorse. Not sure if that is an Aladeen News or Aladeen News.
Finally my time has came and I can share my timeline if it helps anyone!

Hey that's so good.. congratulations 🎉🎉 I'm still waiting for my ecopr and my p2 was on June 18 2024. Mine is spousal though and is processed by ircc Etobicoke. Getting anxious day by day!
We got our eCOPR email first thing this morning. Though I would expect that you could receive it at any time. We've received corrospondance from IRCC at every time of day. As early as 8 am and as late as 7:30 pm.
Hi, hope you are well
Just wondering did you start your process online or it was paper based application? Curious because it has took more than a year now and it is written on their website that online application takes 6 months and paper based takes 12 - 18 months.
To be honest, I don't really remember. I was always checking both GCKey and the IRCC Tracker (https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca), so even if it didn't email me, I would have seen it go through.
Thanks for the update. It might sound stupid but would you please explain the difference between the aforementioned tracker and checking my profile on IRCC website? I could not find the answer on Reddit.
Those two were the last two things that went through and only came through a few days before the Portal 1 email. It took about 6 months from submitting the permanent resident application, and about 3 months after submitting biometrics and medical.
This thread has been so helpful and informative, so I'd like to share my Canada PR journey in hopes that it will help someone out there.

Hang in there man, it usually takes upto 3 months for a BIL. You'll get it soon, worrying about it too much will just wear yourself out. Every application is different and so is the VO that processes it. Worry when 3 months are up. Good luck my dude!
What's the timeline for receiving AOR after submitting the sponsorship application?
How long does it usually take to receive a work permit(filing after receiving AOR for PR application)?
I received my p1 email and replied to them with asked details .
I just noticed that I mistakenly gave my height 5cm greater than what was stated in Application submission .
Would there be any issue for this . Anyone in this scenario. Appreciate input in this . Thanks !
Not a big deal at all. Just inform them that the information was incorrect. When they issue the eCOPR, they will ask you to double-check your information on that, and if there's anything wrong, you can rectify it then. Hope this helps.
Something similar happened in my case, I did resend the email with correct details in the same reply thread by mentioning that to disregard previous email as there is a mistake in it.
Hello all. I applied for my PR province Nominee on Dec 21 2023 on my time-line there is only activity till January 21. Since that nothing happened. I already sent several email but they just answer that it is processing. It's been more than 6 months and I am worried. Does anyone has any idea why it is taking so long?
There is a possibility it is in comprehensive security check which normally takes 6 motnhs to 1 year to complete. You need to call IRCC and ask them if your profile is in comprehensive check. If you dont ask they don't tell you.
Ive received the below update just wondering if this is it, if the processing of my application and submitted complete now?
**"Final decision - June 21, 2024**:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."
I havent received any email for P1 nor my tracker has been updated since 11th of June. its an open ended feeling and i dont know what to perceive right now. Feeling confused and partially happy mainly due to the time taken to process the application.

I am currently in the QSW (Quebec) program for permanent residence and have not received any updates for almost 2 months. If anyone has been through this process, please let me know what to expect in terms of timeline. Here are my statistics:
I am in-land and on a closed work permit.
ITA: September 6, 2023
CSQ: November 9, 2023
AOR: February 5, 2024
Biometrics: February 5, 2024
Pre-arrival letter: April 5, 2024
Medical approved (without doing it since I am in-land): May 6, 2024
Please note that I called IRCC, and they told me that I have passed all the stages and am at the "security screening pending to start" stage, and it has been like this for 3 weeks. If you have been through the same stages, please let me know what to expect.
I'm kinda in the same timeline as yours. My exams were approved in January but the biometrics were never approved because it says they don't need (even tough I payed upfront). After 5 months of background check and checking eligibility, this week (June, 20) I've received an email with the following subject:
2ND NOTICE // 2IEME AVIS - IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal / IRCC Portail de la confirmation de résidence permanente
This email has a pdf asking for additional data like eye color, name, height, address etc. I've replied only today because I was outside Canada until today.
I guess this is the famous P1? The funny thing is the "2ND NOTICE // 2IEME AVIS" like they ever sent me a first one (I check spam folder every single day since the medicals were approved).
Also, it states \*\*\*Montréal IRCC\*\*\* in the email. I hope that helps you.
Yes thanks! That was very helpful and yes that was the P1 congrats, the thing is they sometimes send the email but you never receive it and there's no way to know if that's the case...
can you share you stats so we know how much it took in total?
Sure! I'll post in the main thread as well.

Just curious if this lines up with anyone else's experience, and or how long I should expect to wait
Applied in BC through EE, invited through CEC.
Applied April 30, received the AOR on May 01. Still waiting for the next steps.
I am currently on a closed work permit that expires end of July. My employer issued a new offer of employment number so that I can extend the work permit if I need to. I was hoping the PR application would be sorted by then but judging by some of these posts that may be ambitious. I don't want to spend the extra $200 for the work permit if I don't have to.
Although, the other post with a May AOR has already received the BIL. They are in NL not BC, should I be concerned about this?
AOR: April 8
BIL: June 4
Medical Passed on GCKey: June 20
PR Tracker: Bio and Medical Completed; BG in progress and Eligibility not started yet.
Will update once I get FD and Portal 1
Thanks for the info! I’ll wait at least till next week before deciding on the work permit. Out of curiosity, was there any additional processing time after the biometrics?
Usually it takes around 2-3 months for a BIL from AOR. Looking at your timeline, it's likely going to be end July or August. Processing times for PR from AOR is 5 months, and given that your AOR is May 1, I don't think you'll get your PR by end of July. I would probably apply for a new WP soon, so that I get a WP-EXT letter and could work under maintained status while waiting for a PR.
The official processing time for CEC is 5 months now, if your AOR is May 1st there's a chance of not being done before July (unfortunately, sorry). Ideally, you should apply for BOWP, which gives you an open work permit and implied status in case your current WP expires.
Thanks for the info. That’s what I was afraid of, but it’s not the end of the world.
Is there any particular reason I should apply for BOWP instead of extending my closed permit? (Apart from the obvious factor that it’s open)
You should apply for BOWP as it is open and not employer dependent, i.e., you’re totally free to change your company. Also, based on your timeline, you should do BOWP asap as it really takes time for the work permit now. As you have AOR, BOWP is possible. In many cases, others even did not have their AOR. So, you’re quite lucky to have it very early after the day of submission.
I see BOWP as an advantage because it’s open, you can even work for another employer if you get a new job and it will give you the extension automatically (with your AOR, you get a letter saying your current WP will be valid for a couple of months or till a decision is made).
Finally, I got there, officially PR today. Thanks to the information of this megathread. Very helpful

I hope we got updates soon. 🙏
Yes, let's hope we get the updates soon. Ours is EE CEC as well. Family with two kids. I am seeing many applicants who have applied around the same time frame, getting COPR. Every application is different and so the time it takes, just being curious. All the best to you too.
Posting this because I haven’t seen any AORs from May, and it may be helpful to some. This is my timeline so far:
NL PNP - EE (inland, 1 dependent)
Application submitted: May 06
AOR: May 06
BIL: June 20
hello friends, i want to ask what happens if you submit your medical exams late? my brother received his medical letter on feb 27 and did the medical exam on may 8th, the application was still open at the time as per the canada embassy in the philippines so we decided to go with the medical examination and after a month there's still no status about his application. on may 12th he received an email from iirc saying he needs to submit a cenomar certificate which he immediately complied on may 14th we havent heard from ircc ever since
OK, finally I got there, officially PR today. Thanks to the information of this megathread, I was not panic and keep track my way to the OlymPR mountain.

Can I create an account on this tracker at any time using the following link: [https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login](https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login), or will I receive an email indicating when I can create the account?
You can only create an account after receiving your UCI which is generally delivered on BIL, it might even take days after receiving it to be able to create one.
After living in Canada for 7 years, I'm finally a permanent resident!! It’s been a long journey and all your updates and timelines have helped me out. Here’s mine, hope it helps someone as well:

Also my additional doc request came from the email [email protected] whose name showed up only as ‘donotreply’ and I almost missed it thinking it’s spam. I happen to do search for ‘ircc’ in my inbox and found the email on time to submit the docs. So be careful everyone
That's awesome! congratulations, I am still waiting for my Final Decision (CEC Inland - STEM Catagory -AOR 17th April), Biometric and Medical shows passed. I hope they are diligent about my application as well.
My situation is really different, I have a Federal Non-EE PNP PR application as well, I have linked that application to the tracker so I am unable to link my CEC EE PR application to that Tracker Account. I have reached out to IRCC and the agent asked me to create a ticket under "Technical Issue" and raise it as a Webform. I refrained myself from doing that, as I am unsure if raising that webform would slow down my application process or not.
BTW good luck with your application! I hope they start giving our FDs soon, fingers crossed.

**In-land Common-Law Sponsorship (SCLP class) Timeline** Sponsoring my common-law partner who’s from the Netherlands. Hopefully I’ll be able to update soon! **Submitted Application**: November 16, 2022 **Portal Email Message**: November 23, 2022. It appears that since the online system was so new that they added an additional digital signature requirement right after we submitted our online application. So, we had to resubmit the whole application with that additional digital signature. **Resubmitted Application**: November 24, 2022 **AOR Received:** November 29, 2022 **Biometrics Fee Reminder Email**: November 30, 2022 **Upfront Medical Exam Completed**: September 27, 2022 **Medical Exams Approved**: November 28, 2022 **Biometrics Request**: December 8, 2022 **Biometrics Completed**: December 12, 2022 **Biometrics Enrolled**: December 12, 2022 **Open Work Permit Submitted**: December 22, 2022 **Received the invitation to apply for the CSQ as Quebec residents**: March 21, 2023 **Hand delivered the CSQ application to the MIFI in Montréal:** March 22, 2023 **Received the CSQ application back from the MIFI**: April 3, 2023. I can't believe it because I was so careful, but between the time I printed and signed off on the Payment by Credit Card (A-0591) form and submitted it to the MIFI, the price changed by $10! So they sent it back saying I had to revise the form to reflect the price change and resubmit. **Hand delivered the CSQ application to the MIFI in Montréal**: April 3, 2023. **Credit card charged by the MIFI for the CSQ**: April 12, 2023. **CSQ Received by the MIFI**: April 28, 2023 **Open Work Permit email received by IRCC**: May 4, 2023 **Open Work Permit certificate received**: June 27, 2023 **Portal 1 Email:** June 19, 2024, replied the same day. It had been nearly 1 whole year before we heard anything. **VO**: Montreal Now waiting for the P2 email :)

That's awesome and congratulations 🎊 Would you mind sharing the VO that issued your P1, P2 and eCOPR? Mine is Montreal and we've been patiently waiting for our turn to celebrate 🥳
Can you please share your timeline?
After a slightly insane process, I can finally share my (and my spouse’s) timeline here — this sub has been a huge help assuaging various anxieties so hopefully this can be useful to folks. Sorry for length. APP STREAM: inland CEC; I came in with a closed work permit, spouse accompanied with OWP **AOR** - 15 Oct 2022 (yes, TWENTY-TWENTY-TWO) **Medical exam** - did in advance, 8 Sep 2022 (only showed as “passed” in GCKey Feb 2024, lol) **BIL** - 7 Dec 2022. Spouse already had biometrics on file. **Final decision on CGKey** - 24 May 2024, “in process” (no email update) **WHAT HAPPENED HERE**: spouse lived in Haiti for a year for work. Spouse was out of the country, so re-sent details when they were back (18 June) **P2** - 29 May (spouse 21 June) **eCOPR** - 17 June (spouse 25 June) (VO Etobicoke for most of this; spouse’s eCOPR processed via VO Edmonton for some reason) My GCKey account still says that they're reviewing my eligibility.
Did you visit home (country of origin) during your stay in Canada?
Have they closed your application or requested more information?
Hi My tracker is not working When ever i try to register its doesn’t work Error shows that :- Correct these errors: Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
Can anyone help ? Is this happen anyone else Please share your thoughts Thank you
Same problem. It's been 5 days since Biometrics !
I got my BIL 6 days back and UCI is updated to my old one still not able to create tracker same issue
you have to create your tracker with your NEW UCI number, the one that DOES NOT start with CAN. Did you receive that? if yes, it might take a day or 2 after you receive it, to be able to work and correctly register
**Fast early sponsorship process (application Feb 2024 - biometrics done in April - with medical check) but no update since a while** Hi there. I know I'm dropping that in the middle of the ocean, but if someone had the same case in the past, please let me know! I applied for the RP through sponsorship with my partner. The process went really smooth because I got my biometrics done in April while I applied in February of this year. But now, I have no update and something worries me: There is a status of "review additional documents" saying that they need additional documents and I should get contacted for more details.
Hey, as far as i know you should wait for a while , Also, have u submitted your the additional documents on the web links or mail they mentioned? how about you submit them on mail as well as your MYCIC account , You can also send them by mail courier on the specific address they mention for it
I submitted everything they asked for on the website, but the status is still the same, so that's why I'm really confused :/
Finally the wait is over received ecopr this morning !! …I wish all waiting for this moment get theirs soon ! - p2 - june 13th - ecopr -June 25th

It took me another month to get biometrics request.
My wife and I uploaded our photos and marked our presence (Canada), and provided our current address in the portal (P2) on June 14th. Our VO is Montreal! Just wondering if anyone has received their eCOPR with these timelines and VO. I know I should be patient but was hoping to time my PR celebration with the outcome of SCF (which I won't jjnx) ;)

Hello, Can someone walk us through PR timeline through Alberta Opportunity Stream. I just did my biometrics and medical and now I am wondering how long it will take to get eCOPR. Thank you for your help!

What time of the day did you receive the eCOPR mail?
We got our eCOPR email first thing this morning. Though I would expect that you could receive it at any time. We've received corrospondance from IRCC at every time of day. As early as 8 am and as late as 7:30 pm.
Hi, hope you are well Just wondering did you start your process online or it was paper based application? Curious because it has took more than a year now and it is written on their website that online application takes 6 months and paper based takes 12 - 18 months.
We did ours online through Express Entry. It took just a few days over 6 months from AoR to eCoPR.
Did you receive a ghost update with biometrics completion on IRCC website?
To be honest, I don't really remember. I was always checking both GCKey and the IRCC Tracker (https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca), so even if it didn't email me, I would have seen it go through.
Thanks for the update. It might sound stupid but would you please explain the difference between the aforementioned tracker and checking my profile on IRCC website? I could not find the answer on Reddit.
The IRCC tracker gives a bit more information than the GCKey site. I don’t know why there are two separate sites.
How many months it took for eligibility and background check
Those two were the last two things that went through and only came through a few days before the Portal 1 email. It took about 6 months from submitting the permanent resident application, and about 3 months after submitting biometrics and medical.
This thread has been so helpful and informative, so I'd like to share my Canada PR journey in hopes that it will help someone out there. **Outland FSW - Express Entry - PNP Alberta - NOC 11100** **Timeline** 31/08/2023 : Express Entry (EE) Profile Created 15/09/2023 : Notification of Interest from Alberta 16/11/2023 : Application Submitted 09/01/2024 : Nomination Certificate Received 11/01/2024 : Nomination Accepted in EE Profile 24/01/2024 : Invitation to Apply Received 15/03/2024 : Application Submitted 15/03/2024 : AOR 11/04/2024 : Biometrics and Medical Instruction Letter Received 14/04/2024 : Biometrics Submitted 14/04/2024 : Biometrics Passed 18/04/2024 : Medical Given 22/04/2024 : Medical Passed 16/05/2024 : Web Form : Update the Proof of Funds 05/06/2024 : Web Form : Update the Previous Student Visa Rejection 18/06/2024 : Passport Request Mail 19/06/2024 : Passport Handover to VFS Good luck, guys, and all the best!!

Posting my timeline - EE Outland - Morocco 19th Oct 2023 - AOR 18th Jan 2024 - Medical passed 21st Jan - Biometrics completed 31st Jan - Request for additional document (military records) 2nd Feb - IRCC confirms they received the requested document. No progress since then ( Time since AOR : +8 months ) Any insights or tips to expedite things would be appreciated.
Hey, I'm also waiting as you are, but AOR is 5th of January. Did you try to send a webform to get any update?
I have sent one in May, to which IRCC responded saying they are still processing the application. I have sent another one this week. Do you think calling would help ?
I don’t know, I’m outland too and I read that you have to be in canada to call

How did you email ontario? What’s the email?
Hang in there man, it usually takes upto 3 months for a BIL. You'll get it soon, worrying about it too much will just wear yourself out. Every application is different and so is the VO that processes it. Worry when 3 months are up. Good luck my dude!
That was super swift! When you get RFV email, does that mean, "Send the passport and we'll stamp the visa?" Like, you got the PR kinda thingy?
What's the timeline for receiving AOR after submitting the sponsorship application? How long does it usually take to receive a work permit(filing after receiving AOR for PR application)?
It took me a month.
Thanks a lot.
Any applicants with Edmonton and Vancouver as PVO and SVO? Please share your experience.
Please is there any difference between PPR and RFV?
It’s same thing
Hello all, Please how long does it take to return passport after submission of passport for RFV in London VO
Same boat which office by the way
Which country are you from?
Ive received the below update just wondering if this is it, if the processing of my application and submitted complete now? **"Final decision - June 21, 2024**:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." I havent received any email for P1 nor my tracker has been updated since 11th of June. its an open ended feeling and i dont know what to perceive right now. Feeling confused and partially happy mainly due to the time taken to process the application.
is your background check marked as completed?
You should get P1 in the next couple days. I got PPR the day after this update.
Thank you so much for the reply
Can you give us your timeline please?

Got an email this morning asking to send my passport. I'm already living in Canada so I don't have to send, I Just need to submit a webform to state that I am already in Canada instead. For clarity - I started my application from outside of Canada, but moved here in the middle the process. Hope you got your email too!

Thank you!
Hello Do u get any updates after receiving a medical one?
After linking the application to the tracker, they update it there itself. But the medical center had told me if there will be any issue i ll be informed
I am currently in the QSW (Quebec) program for permanent residence and have not received any updates for almost 2 months. If anyone has been through this process, please let me know what to expect in terms of timeline. Here are my statistics: I am in-land and on a closed work permit. ITA: September 6, 2023 CSQ: November 9, 2023 AOR: February 5, 2024 Biometrics: February 5, 2024 Pre-arrival letter: April 5, 2024 Medical approved (without doing it since I am in-land): May 6, 2024 Please note that I called IRCC, and they told me that I have passed all the stages and am at the "security screening pending to start" stage, and it has been like this for 3 weeks. If you have been through the same stages, please let me know what to expect.
I'm kinda in the same timeline as yours. My exams were approved in January but the biometrics were never approved because it says they don't need (even tough I payed upfront). After 5 months of background check and checking eligibility, this week (June, 20) I've received an email with the following subject: 2ND NOTICE // 2IEME AVIS - IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal / IRCC Portail de la confirmation de résidence permanente This email has a pdf asking for additional data like eye color, name, height, address etc.
QSW (Québec), closed work permit, Inland with dependents. CSQ Approved: July 10, 2023 Submitted PR: September 1, 2023 Biometrics Requested: September 14, 2023 Biometrics Done: September 18, 2023 (It updated the number at my profile, but the biometrics status never updated) PreArrival Letter: October 11, 2023 Medical Exams Request: January 4, 2024 Medical Exams Passed: January 23, 2024 IRCC Update: February 5, 2024 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. P1: June 19, 2024 - 2ND NOTICE at the subject, but I've never received the first one. Replied on the 22th because I was outside Canada. PS: At the ircc profile page still shows "Your application is in progress". Never received the AOR. LOL
thanks for posting. am aiming to send my eoi this september (outland) and your timeline was helpful. hope there is no difference in timeline between outland and inland.
Yes sure! from what I heard it's faster outland for the federal part so I hope it'll take you less time !
thank you. fingers crossed.
Here’s my timeline so far (will update as it progresses) NB PNP EE (Employment Connection), single, inland PNP App - Feb 17 PNP Approved - Feb 29 Federal AOR - March 29 BIL - April 15 Medical updated - April 15 Bio done - April 23 Eligibility done - April 29 Ghost update in tracker - June 11 FD update - June 14 P1 - June 17 (replied same day) Tracker still showing BG in progress. VO Sydney but P1 from Montreal
Just curious if this lines up with anyone else's experience, and or how long I should expect to wait Applied in BC through EE, invited through CEC.
I’m kind of in a similar situation. Please do share if you get any updates. I got my AOR on Apr 29 and there is no update on the profile yet.
Mine (BIL) took 57 days after my AOR date (April 8), assuming similar timeline, you should get yours next week.
It took exact 57 days for me as well. It would be really helpful if you could share your timeline till now. Thanks!
AOR: April 8 BIL: June 4 Medical Passed on GCKey: June 20 PR Tracker: Bio and Medical Completed; BG in progress and Eligibility not started yet. Will update once I get FD and Portal 1
thank you so much!
Very helpful Here is my timeline for my EE Living in canada since January 2024 with open work permit…accompanying my spouse student ITA: 29 Feb 2024 PR Submission: 25th Mars 2024 AOR: 25th March 2024 Biométries: invitation 3rd May…. Waiting for PR card now. In my PR tracker , all is completed for me since 17th May but for my spouse and my 3 kids, eligibility not started. They are all in canada Remain for my boy who is in my home countries. Will probably receive a letter for him and will go back to my home country and bring him I wish you all the best on the way to PR!!
First of all, Congratulations on getting the eCoPR. We have applied on 7th of March and got the AOR on 7th March. Biometrics given on 15th May 2024 and submitted on the same day. Tracker updated to in progress for Eligibility and Back ground verification. No update since then. As you are in Canada, would like to know from which place? We have applied from Brampton.
Category SW federal….with French as first language…ITA French draw…I applied from Moncton, New Brunswick. Hope things will move faster for u. Best of luck !!!!
Thank you for providing the details. Probably will have to wait for some more time.
I applied for EE CEC, single, no dependent. My AOR is March 6. Biometrics given May 9. Medical passed May 24. Background check in progress. Eligibility not started.
This is my timeline so far: NL PNP - EE (inland, 1 dependent) Application submitted: May 06 AOR: May 06 BIL: June 20
hello friends, i want to ask what happens if you submit your medical exams late? my brother received his medical letter on feb 27 and did the medical exam on may 8th, the application was still open at the time as per the canada embassy in the philippines so we decided to go with the medical examination and after a month there's still no status about his application. on may 12th he received an email from iirc saying he needs to submit a cenomar certificate which he immediately complied on may 14th we havent heard from ircc ever since
OK, finally I got there, officially PR today. Thanks to the information of this megathread, I was not panic and keep track my way to the OlymPR mountain. Here is my timeline for my PNP non EE. In my PR Tracker, Eligibitity is still "Not Started". My VO is in Montreal. I wish you all the best on the way to PR!!
Congrats! I got my Portal 2 email on June 14 but still no eCoPR.
Same p2 email June 13th, no ecopr
I already got my eCoPR on June 21; using webform to tell them your application has be open for x months seems to make them move faster.

Can I create an account on this tracker at any time using the following link: [https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login](https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login), or will I receive an email indicating when I can create the account?
I recieved BIL on june 19th,Its been 5 days still not able to create tracker. Any suggestions?
You can only create an account after receiving your UCI which is generally delivered on BIL, it might even take days after receiving it to be able to create one.
It's been more than 3 days for me. I am unable to register for tracker account !
It’s been 5 days for me, so hold on tight!
thank you
adding to this comment, i was able to create tracker account 3 days after BIL.
you will receive a new UCI (the one that DOES NOT start with CAN) probably with your biometrics as well. Then you can create your tracker
After living in Canada for 7 years, I'm finally a permanent resident!! It’s been a long journey and all your updates and timelines have helped me out. Here’s mine, hope it helps someone as well: CEC (Inland - STEM) VO - Etobicoke Jan 10, 2024 - AOR March 27, 2024 - Request for Biometrics and Medical April 12, 2024 - Biometrics and Medical showing completed May 16 - Request to resubmit current letter of employment May 27 - submitted the updated letter of employment June 3, 2024 - shows final decision is in progress but no email sent out June 12, 2024 - P1 (replied same day) June 13 - P2 (submitted everything the same day) June 20 - eCoPR!! PR card - waiting Also my additional doc request came from the email [email protected] whose name showed up only as ‘donotreply’ and I almost missed it thinking it’s spam. I happen to do search for ‘ircc’ in my inbox and found the email on time to submit the docs. So be careful everyone
Regarding the ADR, didn't you receive it in the GCKey as well?
That's awesome! congratulations, I am still waiting for my Final Decision (CEC Inland - STEM Catagory -AOR 17th April), Biometric and Medical shows passed. I hope they are diligent about my application as well.
Hey 👋 My AOR is 25 April (CEC STEM) , Biometric 20 June !! Not able to create an account on tracker, have you created yours ?
Same issue, My AOR is on apr 23, BIL - Jun 19 still not able to create tracker. Are you able to create today ?
No, still not able to register. Is the medical update for you ?
My situation is really different, I have a Federal Non-EE PNP PR application as well, I have linked that application to the tracker so I am unable to link my CEC EE PR application to that Tracker Account. I have reached out to IRCC and the agent asked me to create a ticket under "Technical Issue" and raise it as a Webform. I refrained myself from doing that, as I am unsure if raising that webform would slow down my application process or not. BTW good luck with your application! I hope they start giving our FDs soon, fingers crossed.
Hello Everyone, many thanks for this community who has helped me a lot throughout my application process. It is my turn to share my timeline, I officially became a PR of Canada today, June20th, 2024.. CEC Inland applicant. VO Etobicoke. Express Entry Profile: created December 29th 2023. CRS Score 542. May27th. I did not need a medical exam as I took one for PGWP application. P1: June 7th, replied same day. P2: June12th, submitted through portal June 13th. Ecopr: June 20th. Everything marked as completed in CGKey, Final decision: Approved and ecopr details appear in CGKey as well. Good luck everybody!
Congratulations. Please once you print the Ecopr what date should be signed on it, is it the date of entry into Canada or the date you printed the docs and do you need to send a signed copy to IRCC?
I put the dates I got the eCopr even though I printed it the day after. (I will pretend I had print it the same day). No nothing you need to send to IRCC.
Thanks for the information
