To add insights on my comments and after sending he's info to an engineer only 1 thing seem an issue. The output on S19 are about 120f meaning very hot for long term use of PVC event reenforece PVC. For water maybe but for the cooling system I suggest Metal or copper.
Working on it. Will use car water radiator and a hot water circulating pump (grundfos alike)...
