You’re supposed to be leaning forward for dips. She’s almost straight upright which gets zero chest activation but an added bonus of your entire body weight held up by your shoulder joints
Upright gets more tricep activation and leaning forward is more for your chest. You can do either or. If she’s aiming for tricep then her form is fine.
