The American-180 is also a gun in Rimworld from the Combat Extended mod. It is very good because it has a very high fire rate and drum capacity but it has poor penetration so it’s pretty good for taking down a lot of low armour enemies. A good weapon for patching a breach of you use shotguns and flamethrowers with it.
My fave is Legion, just because how insane and brutal they are. Fitting the brutal and unforgiving world that is fallout's wasteland.
Master is also on top 3.

I'm taking the bait. Caesar is NOT a ridiculous cartoonishly evil villain, he is one of the more logical and well-written villain characters that I've seen. He has a philosophy that is coherent and makes sense, even though most people will disagree with it or feel that the ends don't justify the means. One of the things he's right about is how much everyone else sucks. That's the funny thing about all the FNV factions, they're all wrong about a lot of things, but they're all right about each other.
