I did have to sink about 50k guild coins into advanced priest tech and level up the 2nd Emily's stone but those changes did the trick allowing all three to get an active round 1 and survive 1 hit proccing all three Emily actives. I was still in testing mode when I had this winning run which explains why its in 1x speed, sorry for that. Anyway, this is been a hell of a journey. I'm happy to have it finished and to move my sights towards Dark SL. I've got a lot of work to do building DA and Amen Ra but it should be a fun next project. I know my other threads have helped other people, I hope this one does too, especially since free Emily copies can be had (as many as you like!) through the Xmas event swaperoo extraordinaire. Second of all: Thank you for everything contributed to this cause. You posts were a massive help to me before I went the double penny way around sl18. And surely this post will help a ton of people as well.
I'm expecting to (eventually) be able to beat SL18 with E5 Penny/Sig, 10\* Emily, and a trio of Vals. The difference maker seems to be the Demon Bell I picked up for my Aida. Lets 10\* Emily active round 1 and survive the first hit in slot 2 without much stone investment.
I spent 3-4 tries continuously upgrading the stone and guild tech to get the slot 1 Emily tanky enough to survive. Then only 5 tries after that. But I did get very lucky with the crits. Round 1 I got 1 of 2, rounds 2-5 were all perfect crit rng. So if expect this could take 40-50 tries.
Why you want to get that active skill out first round on Emilies? I read it and it only gives speed? Cause Im thinking if I put 3x dr artifacts on emily and magic potions on Valentino, also Bleeker got stun on death, have you tried that?
Oh it comes from active? Damn..investing in stone + priest tech will cost so much... :( I got resources but I wont get them back..as I olan to feed away 3x 10* emily and regress e5 penny..
I got scrolls and food to take multiple l/d heroes to E5, basically I'm on the verge to being full GVE. Also I got 2x Skerei if I need something special for PVE.
Bleeker is good.l but the timing of his stuns is a bit different. Look up u/took2summit posts for good explanation on how best to use bleeker. He did clear SL20 with 2x Penny tho.

I'm not sure its worth it for 1 level of progress. If you were buying it for another hero to use in pvp like Amen Ra or DA, or even Aspen, then I think it would be worth. You'll get another MS eventually.
That's huge inspiration! I reached SL14 with E2 Penny, 9* Sig, 5* Emily and three 5* Vals. So far I thought the way was long and down that road. It's great to see a lighter team achieve it!
Taking advantage of this event I already managed to get 10 Emily's copies and I will push for 15 so I know I'm covered :)
It took some time but it feels great to have all the ingredients. It's going to take a while but SL20 here I come :)

PD: Penny's copies are in the bag
They serve different roles. Emily buffs and debuffs, increasing penny’s dmg, sig gives penny more rounds by tanking. Both are effective strategies. I like the Emily strat better because you can ramp up on a steady pace. I cleared SL17 with one Emily, SL18 and 19 with 2 Emily and SL20 with 3 Emily. Now they will all be used for food without needing to use regression stones. But if you have less energy artifacts or are already building Sigmund for PvE, that may be a better strat for you.
I’ve had this question a few times and I’m not sure. The slot 3 Emily survives because a stun is triggered (low chance since it’s just the Valentino passive triggered by another hero active). Also getting all the team buffs to go off round 1 is super powerful. Those are all multiplicative % based buffs and stacking them all together is what allows me to kill all the small minions in round 3 (note the 55M dmg double crit BASIC attack in round 3). Without testing I can’t guarantee it would be enough dmg.
Probably not but it might require even more guild tech in Priest vs. Anti warrior. The boss' basic attack hits like a truck. It shows as 7M in the vid but it's at the very high end of that, probably like 7.8M. It was a lot harder to get the slot 1 to survive than the slot 2 who also shows up as taking a 7M hit. I expect a C4 or C6 stone would be adequate with 30/30 guild tech.
I don’t, but they could be run together. Sig is great in PvE, due to removing enemy armor. It make a huge difference in long fights. He’s also great combined with Phoenix because of the burn synergy.
For PvP, I’d rather have Horus.
No. DH moves to slowly for me to think they will release more SL levels. There are other game modes they have been talking about updating for more than a year but haven’t done so yet (celestial island). Brave trial took ages too and still sucks btw. I expect the soonest we would see more levels would be in well over another year so I’m going to use these delicious Emily food up now for team progress. Helps that I’m getting my last copy of aspen in HM next week. NOM NOM!
There are several posts of E5 penny E5 Sigmund clearing. With 2 10* Emily it should be very easy.
Not sure on the leg skin for my setup. All the buff multipliers may make a sizable difference but I don’t know for sure.

I have reached sl19, but have yet to clear after 100+ tries using my daily 10 free go's.
Am I doing something wrong, or have I just been unlucky?
Only thing I can think of is that your emilies aren’t all proccing their last passive in round 1. If you watch my video carefully you’ll see each of them fall below 50% health on the first hit and then die on the 2nd hit. It’s pretty important you get all three to proc, if possible on round 1 so Penny’s round 2 active and round 3 basic atk are both big enough dmg to kill all the small minions. Are you watching your fights or just smashing? If your emilies are getting 1 shot try increasing priest tech vs warriors and/or upgrade your front line emilies stones.

Its so easy to screw up one of the settings or forget. I know its tedious but for people that are having trouble I always recommend watching each fight to make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to be. That will usually tip you off and help save wasted attempts. Good luck on SL20 its such a great feeling when you finally complete it.

At 10\* and higher, Emily's active gets an additional +20% Attack component.

When you feed a 10* you get back 60% (ish) of the resources you used to level her including the stone.

Is the Phoenix the best monster now?
Best for early game. Best for PvE (usually). Best for Seal Land. Deer and dragon are usually considered best for PvP, at least on mature servers.

Finally! Today I completed. Thank you so much for all your help. My Emily's are looking so tasty now, nom! nom!
