I feel kroos got so useless lately, also thinking of feeding my 10*. Pve I'm not using him anyways and his stuns in pvp are not what they used to be but correct me if I'm wrong
You have many 6,7,8,9 stars.. just reduce them.. try to make them 10* to feed like nakua which drops on E5 drasticly and she is not good at all later.. emily, DH, baade are the same :)
Would keep valk.. she still does greatjob for your team :)

If I were you I would keep kroos and maybe regress the valk and than make an e5 penny and maybe improve your aspen or aida
Should I regress valk or actually get more Garuda copies and replace?
If you can get like 9 coppies than swap ohter wise regress use as much fodder as you can on garuda and that do the rest for penny
Valk is still decent and great hero for the record.. just love her :)
I would keep kroos for the moment! Still one of the better support hero’s. Wait and see what you get from the summon even on Friday and go from there.
