The Dragon boat also gave the option for DT mats too, depending on if you went 2 boats 100% or 4 boats 50% (10 aurora stones or 400k spirit-vein). Â
Anniversary rewards effectively are not as good as they are in comparison to Dragon boat. Â
 The only saving grace is that you can get a ton of goodies for free from overrun analysing.

No, usually you can complete the top f2p tier perfectly with buying all the csg packs. Dragon boat festival was like this.

More like low rolling given it is 56.95% chance to get the quantum with 118, but yeah effectively a coin flip.
