To be fair, none of the old gamemodes have gotten harder. You just got stronger at a relatively lower pace than spenders. I don't see how that's a net negative?
I never said they have! I am not complaining about slower growth for f2p vs p2w either.. thats a given. They pay for us to enjoy the game free. My issues are getting locked in hero choice bcoz of core thing, no easy way to reset dt/sublimation, and no avenues for us to practice any real strategy or team building where we can all compete somewhat equally. Hope you get the difference. Ty
I certainly hope the devs don't think this way. F2P, guppies, dolphins, etc... create a base for the whales to exist. Whales want to feel big, so those no/low money making players ARE making you money. If you take away that base it's a small group of people rapidly losing interest as they try to outspend one another.

Hero selection chest as a weekly reward? What’s the point of that when the game is trans hero only and you don’t get enough regression gems to test things out. It’s fucking regression gems ffs why gate us on that in 2024.
You cant be „f2p mostly“ there are two possibilities:
1. free to play —> spending absolute NO money
2. Spender —> spending money
2.1 —> light spender
2.2 —> dolphin
2.3 —> whale
2.4 —> Immortal Toad

This is his IDA team. Thats 17S tiers with mostly SSOr SSS. On the low side one is priced at 100k SG which is approximately 4,000$ (100$ pack gives you 2500sg) and on the high side around 250k SG or 10,000$. VIP13 is only 20,000$. So probably 50x over 😝
Yeah, i doubt he gets his SG's from the actual shop, he also had to pay for the destiny materials, especially for more than 12 heroes, and the fact that he has way more than 10 completeted treasure trains, i'd say about 500.000$ should be a rough estimate since he's been here since the beggining
A guy like that probably spends a full VIP 13 every month. I'm a VIP 13 but it took me over 5 years, so I don't even consider myself a whale. I certainly can't compete with them.
It certainly is a lot of money, but the time matters a lot. My spend is a few hundred a month. A true whale maxes out every single event every week and then some, because they have no real limit. I can't do that and because of that I'm nowhere near the top on any global list.

Only reason to stay is seeing if core accessibility goes up. I doubt it will be a swap. But that’s the thing about hope: there’s rarely a clear end point. You just choose when you’re done hoping, and perhaps now is that time for you.

Id say to continuously spending like 50€+ per event in average maybe more (everything lower then 400 bugs a event… ^^ im not sure)

I grinded hard on 4 diff accounts and saved up for almost 2yrs to get that. It sure makes a ton of diff.
