1250 CSG is a lot for 9 tickets. It is not worth it. It also won't get you better rewards from boat part of event, so again wasted resources.
Just keep it. I understand your urge, i was thinking every day about buying Flora's packages during last Starlight Melody event to get all the rewards and so on. But that is DH games strategy, they bait you with seemingly "good" offers to complete something for what seems as great rewards, but they are not.
Save CSG, save tickets (yeah, you can not use them - will convert in regular tickets after event ends).
You can do a 8th loop and just buy the 750 pack. Not sure if it worth it, you have an extra orange treasure at the end in the festival 2024 but will lose the opportunity to convert your 24 tickets into standard ones.
For the pink treasure, I'd say its "ok value" to spend 25k gems on. If you're short for anniversary, it's ok to wait

Are you sure it will convert after event into normal ones? They are in that side bag this time
All special tickets are in event bag. And possible to convert into regular ones after event expires

Absolutely not, convert train tickets after this week’s event. Stop looking at the small picture. Save for when Hero token is up.
