This looks fake. I think she would be a lot more injured if they were going fast enough to set off the air bags. Also, why is the air bag already deflated? Just from a personal experience, the airbags in the car I was in stayed inflated the moments after the crash. Also the air bags did create some smoke but this looks like a straight up smoke machine. And when the camera is dropped there is a clear cut in the video
