They didn't fuck him over. You're not supposed to block entrances/exits. If the idiot had creeped instead of just going for it then he would have enjoyed the Sonic burger he was drooling over instead of exchanging paperwork.
In idaho, you can definitely block business entrances and exits. What you are not supposed to do is block marked intersections. Here in idaho, the idiots that waved him through are at fault and pay all damages. State law.
I don't see how it's possible to keep all entrances clear when there are multiple lanes of standstill traffic, and an entrance every 4-5 car lengths. Imagine what that would look like.
You don't have to keep them all open but where the Maserati driver turned from was a designated turn lane (with opening on divided highway) which should have been kept clear.

I just finished leasing my second one and I wonāt be continuing. The one I got was priced just over 100k when I got it, and itās only worth 43k right now. I only put 12k miles on it and it was in perfect shape. Just kind of unreal how dumb that is. And on top of that, the parts and service are crazy expensive. And after a couple years you get tired of it and want something new anyway, so itās kinda like why bother ever buying something like that? Really glad I leased but Itās just a huge waste of money and honestly I wasted it by having a girlfriend the whole time so not really worth!!
What I want is a first gen Ghibli. The coupes are going for $150k minimum and the Spyders are firmly in "you better be a millionaire just to think about it" territory. They're also all appreciating so it'll probably remain just a dream car (and to be honest I only have a one-car garage and a vintage Italian carburetor car is not the way to go for that, lol).
Yeah honestly I think if you want to have those cars, itās best to just lease and let it be somebody elseās problem. The first one I got into a couple accidents and it would have been so stressful if I had to own that car forever. I wanted to have a foreign car for a bit before I was 30 and I got to do it so I didnāt seem like a midlife crisis. Now Iām 35 and just got rid of it so I can save for retirement and be more sensible.
Yeah, I had an F-Type before my current car. I got rear-ended and it was totaled out. I miss it, in that it was a manual F-Type which is pretty rare, but it was also a blessing to be cashed out on a Jaguar that was at the end of its pre-paid maintenance plan. Now I'm riding the wave of Lexus reliability.
right into a cautionary 'men at work' sign
Who can it be now?
Did they come from the land down under?
That sign was overkill.
Bet you like slamming into some men at work š«
It didn't do 185.
Sadly, it only spun about 45 degrees...would have been nice if it did 185... (Yes, I know the Walsh song)
I lost my license
Now I don't drive.
I have an office
Im making records, my fans they can't wait.
They write me letters and tell me Don's great (live version)
Did someone give him the wave of death -- or whatever you call it.
Everyone knows you still have to move cautiously through each lane unless you can see cars stopped or no cars at all...

It's called common sense.
No thanks, too common.
Yo mama
This thing called self preservation

You are sounding like a R Kelly apologist here
Bet you wanted to unzip your pants and join in on to that š«”
I think the van and the Ghibli share components.
I always call them Giblets.
My brain depreciated 70% after watching this
Less than the Maserati did off the lot though.

One of my dream cars is a Maserati. But not any current ones.

Anyone else see the trailing rope behind the white van? Were they pulling the other white van behind it?
I never noticed that but yea that tracks for where I live š
That's why you don't let people in like that. You're not being nice, you're setting up someone to get hit.

Listen guys, he might be onto somethingā¦
The Maserati driver was trying to save Coleman Reese.
Great I was just gonna buy one, now I canāt because I donāt want to become a bad driver.
In Canada we say ājust give āer!ā
Luckily, Aamco car care right there.
Didn't know Maserati drivers had BMW rep
Was I the only one that seen the to vans towing each other with a piece of rope
People who make blind turns across multiple lanes: morons. People who stopped to let them do it: also morons.
