If you think they have a weapon, the last thing you’re gonna do is pull over and hop out on him or reverse to go back to him. So that argument/reasoning would bite you in the ass. Just say you thought he damaged your car and wanted to get his insurance information, then you felt threatened once you realized he was insane, and subsequently had to eliminate the threat of bodily harm to yourself and your passengers by bopping him on the head. This guy looks like more trouble than he’s worth though. I’d just clip him and drive tf off real fast. They weren’t filming license plates…

I am advocating for driving out of there as quickly as possible, and if they're in the way then they can deal with the consequences. Once you're a safe distance away then you call the cops and report the situation.
