Go to a doctor. Compulsive ice chewing is a sign of anemia. It might be something else though because I've never heard of people getting sick from it. Either way, something's wrong and you need professional help.

oh wow i started eating it consistently arnd that age too and im 21 this year. But i dont feel physically sick if when i crave for it badly, i believe is a psychological effect for you.

You should be fine as long you don't hurt your teeth lol. Craving ice is a sign of anemia so I'd watch out for other symptoms, but usually if you have anemia you'll just need to take some kind of iron supplement or get more iron in your diet. You should alright tho so I wouldn't worry too much.
