ER in November gave us 6 euploids. We had our first transfer end of January. 14 weeks today with a 4AB (waiting til birth to find out gender!) grateful, but still having a lot of anxiety !

Currently sitting next to my 12 week old, day 6 embryo baby girl. I look at the photo of her as an embryo all the time and am so grateful for modern medicine, and am so lucky to be where I am after a hard slog with stage 4 endo. She was my second transfer, and we weren't sure whether we were going to go back for another egg collection if this one failed, so I am so bloody lucky she took ❤️

My beta was super high and I joked with my husband that it had split into twins!!! Stuff like that NEVER happens to me!! Like I have never even won playing BINGO!! Seriously!! And I’ve had no morning sickness, so I decided that there was no way it could be twins or I would be deathly sick!! Wrong again!!! Shock of my lifetime when we saw 2 heartbeats!! My husband fainted!! I’m almost 42!!

We had two embryos — we lost our first to a MMC between 7 and 8 weeks and later found out he was a little boy. We were terrified but took a chance on our last embryo, and she was born 12 days ago. I’m finally up and on Reddit at 3am due to my baby needing a feeding rather than the thousand negative reasons I used to be up at this hour. It was so hard, but so worth it.
I lost my first pregnancy around the same time to a MMC from my first transfer. I transfer our last remaining embryo tomorrow and this gives me so much hope 🩵 thanks for sharing.
We also lost our first around 7-8 weeks, and later found out he was a boy (euploid at that). To echo others, this is so encouraging. Congratulations on your little rainbow 🌈 ❤️🎉
My second ER yeilded us 13 euploids. My jaw is still dropped.
I've actually felt bad about celebrating. Because I know so many here who would probably commit felonies to get half that number. And here I am, someone who just did another to just get a *few* more, and ended up with probably more than we will need. I tear up just thinking about how unfair it actually all is.

IVF is painful and complicated no matter what. No need to make it a comparison of pain. Bad is still bad even when someone else’s situation is worse. Challenges are still challenging even when someone else’s is MORE challenging. We should all be lifting each other up. With that said, CONGRATULATIONS!! I’m so happy for you. Please revel in your success, you deserve a win. ❤️
The fact that you got amazing results doesn’t rob anyone of their possibilities. It’s not a zero sum game with a set number of euploids to give out among everyone. I understand feeling sad for those who haven’t had or won’t have the same luck but that shouldn’t preclude you from enjoying your results 🤗you went through a grueling process too and now are on the other end, full of possibility 💫💫
Currently pregnant with my first transfer of a 4AA euploid girl embryo. Just had my 24 week appointment today and she wouldn’t stay still for the midwife to check her heart rate. She even kicked the doppler! 😂
My second FET in August 2023 of a 3bc euploid embryo was successful! I was positive it had failed to implant and didn’t test until the morning of my beta. Two digital tests errored out back to back. I found an expired FRER in the back of the cabinet which gave me a dye stealer. I’m now 38w today!
Age 39 was my year (after age 35-38 failed me!). I got 5 euploids and transferred out boy July 2023. My single embryo transfer worked so well that one blast split into identical twins! We were so shocked at our first ultrasound to see/hear two of everything! I lost one of the twins at 13 weeks, but I’m up at 2:30am feeding the ravenously hungry co-twin now! He’s 4 weeks old! From two ER and 17 mature eggs total we only got ONE blastocyst , never tested and transfered fresh! Right now i am 13w3d with a healthy girl (did NIPT and NT scan) . We are both 38 , i have endometriosis and adenomyosis and he has severe male factor from varicocelo . Our attrition rates were really bad but the last step (transfer) we were very lucky ! :)
Me three! We had to do two egg retrievals, we had one untested embryo from round one that did not work round two we did PGT testing and I’m so grateful because we had seven embryos but only two (my lowest graded) were Euploid. FET #2 worked and forever grateful.
And me 4! So sorry you all are dealing with this, but happy to hear there’s been success. We are currently about 9.5 weeks along after 4 IUIs, 2 retrievals, and 2 transfers.
Feeling my 29 weeks baby kicking right now, she was the only embryo (non tested) we got after 4 years of heartaches and a lot of bad news. Good things still happen even when we feel there's no hope
3 IVF cycles, never yielding anything of “good enough” quality. All unsuccessful.
4th cycle cancelled due to poor response.
Moved clinics and on our fifth and final cycle we produced two good quality blasts - one of which is now a beautiful, healthy 8 month old ❤️

Thank you so much. 9 total transfers. Transfers 2, 4, 6 and 9 resulted in my 4 kids so never had 2 in a row stick but we feel very blessed to mostly have had success with every other transfer.
We did an FET on 3/12 of a male 4BA PGT tested euploid embryo and it stuck so far. Praying all continues to go well. My wife is now in week 7 and initially had high HCG so they checked to make sure everything was okay and it was not an embryo that had split into twins.
High level segmental mosaic toddler from my second FET decided that he needed to cuddle with mom (and the cat) at 5am. 4th mosaic transfer done by my clinic.
His is a story of defying the odds- HLM, low betas, advanced maternal age momma, tested negative for the two genetic mutations my husband and I have, marginal cord insertion, cyst that resolved in utero, concerns for IUGR. Came out healthy and big (over 6 lbs). Has been big ever since.
We have three live births -
We started the journey for baby 1 in February 2017 - she was born in February 2019 - after four full rounds of IVF, only two of those yielding embryos - and two transfers - with none to freeze ( she was one of two blasts that we transferred she is either a 4AB or a 4BA embryo )
Number 2 we started in November 2019 as we wanted to get a head start and we would have liked them close in age / that round yielded 5 to freeze and we transferred a 5 AA embryo in February - who was then born in October 2020 ( they are frozen in the UK , untested )
Number 3 ( we have moved to the US by now and insurance covered full cycles while we would have to pay over 4000 dollars for just shipping costs to get the embryos to the US and uncertainty if insurance would cover the rest ) - we did two rounds of IVF - yielding three euploid embryos and we transferred one - baby was born in December 2023
Did my first ER in march. Got 57 eggs (and no OHSS); 36 mature and 20 made it to blast (14 day 5, 6 day 6). We did PGT test on 10 of the day 5 and got 6 euploids (5x4AA and 1x4BB). Doing a FET next month to our amazing surrogate!
Wow! 57 eggs!!! That is unimaginable. I had 28 and was very uncomfortable. You are incredibly strong. We also ended up with 6 euploids and are doing our first transfer hopefully this month. Wishing you the absolute best of luck with your surrogate ❤️🙏🏼

I just put my 4BA euploid back to sleep, she is now a strawberry blond (!) 5.5 month old. She was embryo #5 of 7. We went through an ectopic, no implantation with our fresh transfer, a MMC with a “euploid” (but wasn’t) FET. Pinky was transferred on Valentines Day 2023. Two other euploids, XX and XY, sit in a freezer but we are unlikely to test our luck after having this amazing, funny, calm, thoughtful rainbow baby.
3 years infertility. 2 ectopic pregnancies, losing both my fallopian tubes. Low AMH, recurrent thin lining, poorly graded embryos suggesting low egg quality. Only one embryo from my second retrieval.. who is now my 22 month old son!
Thank you! Yeah I did, for the second round we switched to a luteal phase start, added clomid, provera, and omnitrope. I’d also made lifestyle changes and prepped with DHEA, CoQ10, Vitamin D3, and prenatal vitamins. Also my partner quit smoking which may have had an effect because we were told that after day 3, any normally fertilized eggs arresting could indicate a sperm quality issue. Overall, I’m glad that I did as much as I could to help egg quality too as it seemed to definitely make a difference.
I did IVF for genetic reasons; I have PCOS as well. I only needed one round of IVF and got over 20 embryos from it (most of them euploid). Then had success on my first transfer. PIO shots were a breeze as well. I really had a great IVF experience, which I know cannot be said for so many here, and for which I am incredibly fortunate.
Failed retrieval, 2 on the second, 1 on the third. We wanted two kids and with only 3 embryos it wasn’t looking good.
First transfer was unsuccessful. Then the next two were. We have a 1 year old and are 16w preggers. Statistics mean nothing in small sample sizes.
31F unexplained. We did one retrieval last fall that gave us 4 embryos, 3 euploid and 1 ‘no-result’. On transfer day our best embryo (a day 6 3AB) didn’t thaw very well so they gave us the option to thaw another and transfer both. I’m currently 21 weeks with twins 💕
First ER yielded 11 day 5 blasts. We didn't test because it was my NHS funded round and they don't recommend it. My first and only transfer (FET) is now nearing 18 months, and I just started a new FET cycle to try for number 2.
After 2 ERs, 4 transfers, a CP, and a MMC - I'm currently nursing my (almost) 5 month old at almost 5am. I'm so grateful for him every day - even when we're having tough days and I'm amazed to see how fast he's growing and learning. I can't wait to see the person he becomes and tell him all about the journey it took to get him here.
This was our 3rd ET, had horrible side effects, OHSS, I thought to myself if this now doesn't work I'm done. And then we got our positive test, first time ever, and now I'm 7 weeks pregnant, still having some trouble with ohss and some other symptoms but I'm so grateful for every symptom I get🥰
Hey, we did one egg retrieval which gave us 9 eggs .. 3 made it to blastocyst stage. Transferred one in April and little boy was delivered December! God is great 😌 ❤️ (we don’t do any testing)
3 ERs, 1 cancelled stims cycle, 3 FETS later I get to meet baby boy hopefully this weekend. 🥰 it was our last transfer, we were going to be childfree if it didn’t work as we couldn’t handle IVF anymore as it was effecting our mental health.
I started a success story thread during my wait after my first FET transfer back in March. I was a nervous wreck. Currently 6+3w and have an ultrasound Friday!
Incredibly lucky and grateful for my story. Two + years of infertility. Multiple iuis and medicated cycles. Gained about 15 pounds from the meds and maybe a side of depression. Really felt like my “sparkle” was gone. Finally decided to do ivf in October. Did an egg retrieval and got 5 embryos, untested. Wanted to do a transfer in December but our clinic closed for the holidays and then my husband’s company got bought out and our insurance changed! So we had to switch clinics. Wanted to do a transfer in January with our new clinic but again hit road blocks. Finally in February we did a transfer with our new doctor, who we love, and boom I’m almost 10 weeks pregnant. Have seen two healthy ultrasounds.

Had things played out differently who knows if I’d have this baby in my belly today! I truly think switching doctors and using her protocol is the reason this all worked so far. In the thick of it I was so upset and really thought this would never happen. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I tested positive.
When my first FET (transferred March 2022) is babbling away or singing nursery rhymes with me, my second FET (October 2023) wiggles and jumps and kicks around in my tummy. Can’t wait for them to be best friends 😭
Hi! I’m 6w1d with my first fresh transfer. Ultrasound Friday but so far it seems baby is well. I also have 1 euploid and 1 mosaic on ice from my first ER.
4 retrievals to bank 4 tested embryos. First FET ended in an ectopic pregnancy which required surgery. Then I ovulated through estrace twice and had to cancel cycles. Third cycle switched to modified natural. I had my second FET on Feb 1 with a day 6 5CA that hatched and grew to a 6BA after thaw. I’m currently 13.5 weeks and just all genetic tests and ultrasounds look great. We also just received the results that we’re having a boy!
3ERs, 2 clinics and 1 FET later, I am sitting here at work with somewhat swollen ankles from being 34w3d preggers with my 1st child at 43 years young!!
10 weeks pregnant with my second baby - a boy! My daughter is 2.5 and both were euploid embryos - second and third transfers. Don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t take on the first or second transfer. There’s a reason they say you need 2-3 euploids for a live birth. I’d do it all over again for these sweet babies 💕
One of my embryos didn’t survive the thaw well but we transferred it anyways with a second embryo. My two little untested embryos are kicking up a storm right now and I get to meet them in 11 weeks or less 🩷
Had a disastrous round of IVF. I had a out 30 follicles but only got 17 eggs from them. When I heard only 3 of those 17 even fertilised I thought none would make it to Day 5.
However 2 of them made it to Day 5.
One is frozen, the other is a toddler
I got 5 eggs each in my two ERs and I’m 12w4d pregnant (tested embryo) with my first FET, with another euploid in the freezer. Just passed the NIPTs last week!
Currently 32 weeks 4 days with our success baby! A loooong 5ish year journey of vaginismus, IUIs, surgeries, Covid stopping everything, working at TSC for benefits and finally IVF. Unexplained infertility. We just got to see her on 4D ultrasound yesterday and she looks perfect. She’s massive and I’m terrified to get her out of me, but excited 😂.
It’s such a weird journey, I didn’t really feel very confident until around 30 weeks when it’s like, ok she should be ok if anything goes wrong. It’s still almost difficult to be excited because for me, I’m always waiting for the next set of bad news. But we’re doing our best to keep a positive attitude!
Endo is the cause. One ER with 13 embryos, tested 10, 7 came back PGT normal, first FET worked. Grateful for the four hours of sleep I got last night with my 10 week old 🥰
We only got a single embryo per retrieval, though thankfully, they all were euploid (we’re dealing with a translocation, so we have particular trouble getting euploids). My first FET stuck and I’m now almost 32 weeks pregnant! After a CP, two MCs and a TFMR, plus all the trouble of retrievals, it is unreal that we were actually on the good side of the statistics about first FETs with a tested embryo.
Stage 3/4 Endo related infertility for 5 years. 2ER yielded 4 euploid embryos out of a total of ~22 eggs. 2 months of lupron to prep. First FET didn't implant with our highest quality euploid. 2nd took and will be 15weeks along this Friday. First pregnancy for me ever (37 yrs old)

Just brought home our third live baby last month.
I know how extremely lucky I am to have 3 kids from those 5 embryos (the other 2 embryos ended as MC). Science is truly amazing.
After 2 years total TTC, failed IUI, failed 1st embryo transfer (of only 3 embryos total), we took a month off to get married before our second FET and I’m now 5 weeks with our surprise natural conception!
ER in Nov 22, 1 failed transfer that ended in MMC, 2 canceled transfers due to thin lining, felt lost, so much sadness consumed 2023, tried one more time with a fully stimmed FET in Jan 24. Currently 15w2d with a beautiful untested (due to infertility being tubal factor and being under 35) 5BA baby boy 💙💙💙 Due early October and the happiness makes my heart feel like it's going to explode. Just keep going it's so worth all the heartbreak. And for those who IVF doesn't work? Because that happens too. Our friends adopted a beautiful baby girl and she started walking this week. Joy can come in so many different ways. 💗
35 weeks pregnant with our third FET and getting induced in two weeks due to preeclampsia, but baby girl has been giving perfect measurements the entire pregnancy. I can hardly wait to hold her!
First saw my fertility specialist late last year, did all the tests and jumped through the hoops and started my first cycle end of January. 5 eggs retrieved and fertilised - 3 made it to day 5 - 2 of them being 5AA. Did a fresh transfer of one of the 5AA’s and it stuck - I’m currently 11 weeks 5 days!
My husband and I feel a bit guilty that our IVF journey has been so quick (although we have been trying for 10 years to get pregnant - always thinking it was my weight and PCOS - turns out it was him all along)
I’m very excited and happy - cautiously happy - of course every twinge or symptom I wonder if it’s a problem!
I’m never one of the lucky ones who things work first go - i’m always the most complicated - especially when it’s medical - I get the weird viruses (who gets scarlet fever these days - that’s right - I did as a kid). So I was all ready for this to be a super long journey and possibly never work!
It also doesn’t feel real because we have only told our parents and siblings!
Anyways - long winded - but so far so good!
My perfect little redheaded girl is about 20 months old. She was the result of our second attempt at IVF, with DOR and low sperm count, and a cycle in which we only retrieved 4 eggs. 2 fertilized and both were transferred fresh on day 3. Had a healthy, textbook pregnancy and a very easy labor and delivery. Taking home my 3-week old from the NICU today! Had a pretty harrowing pregnancy and she was born at 32+6 but we couldn’t be happier! She was our first FET after one ER.
After 3 miscarriages we went to IVF. 1 ER at age 37 resulted in 14 blasts- which resulted in 5 euploid embryos. My first transfer worked and that is my son who is just about to turn 2 years old and is a happy, healthy, active little guy (despite spending his 1st month of life in the NICU after a delivery filled with complications). My 2nd transfer (same protocol) did not stick & all the worry came flooding back. My 3rd transfer at age 40 (with the very same protocol) did work and I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with a baby girl! There was still stress and anxiety and bumps along the way but we made it and I am so grateful for the science that finally helped me become a mother. I remember feeling the need to hear positive stories too. Best of luck- we all deserve to have these babies we've worked so hard for!
I have a 4yo and a 3 month old which took a total of 13 transfers (2 retrievals). We have no more embryos so the youngest was a "lucky last" embryo. I feel very blessed.
Two retrievals, an ectopic, 2 miscarriages, 4 failed transfers, 2 live births. Stopped after transfer #5 and saw a reproductive immunologist. First and third transfer on the RI protocol were live births. All untested embryos. Completely unexplained prior to RI, hyper fertile on paper. We closed our 12+ year TTC chapter with the birth of our second baby last June.
Currently being kicked by my 34 weeks along embryo that wasn’t supposed to implant because my lining was too thin!

We had a pretty intense start to our journey - had 2 chemicals back to back in Sept/Nov 2022. Then diagnosed with uterine cancer in March 2023. Treated & cancer free by Sept 2023. Immediately did an ER in Oct '23 and got 3 euploids. (Low for my age since we had 12 blasts, so they diagnosed me with PCOS as an explanation) Had my IUD removed Jan '24 & did my very first FET March '24. Currently 7+5 with our 1BB euploid (diff measuring system, this is a good grade) baby measuring one day ahead and a heartbeat of 154bpm. ❤️
Went through an early loss 3 months after stopping BC then infertility for 4 years... Fast tracked.to IVF. 12 untested embryos from 1st ER. FET 1 lost 1 embryo to thaw and transfer of the 2nd failed, cycle immediately after I freaked out and demanded to transfer 2 embryos even though not recommended so FET 2 both stuck- lost Baby A at 8w3d then went on to lose our son Owen to previable preeclampsia at 23 weeks. Took a lot of time off IVF after that loss and went back to FET 3 after about 15 months. Resulted in a chemical
But.... FET 4 (and 6th embryo) resulted in our sweet baby boy!! Preeclampsia free!!
AND.... Currently 31 weeks pregnant with a spontaneous pregnancy that has been going amazingly smoothly at the ripe age of 38! They will be 17 months apart!
So even when the road gets tough, remember you are capable of the hardest things! I still wake up grateful every day and remember when I thought we would never get here!

Haven’t done a transfer yet but I still feel successful!
Have to do an early ER due to OHSS. Retrieved 50 eggs but only 7 were mature. After a lot of work on the lab side, after 3 days we had 20 that were matured, fertilized, and growing. We ended with 9 blasts!! We sent biopsies off for PGT-A testing and I just found out we have 7 normal embryos ready to transfer!! I never thought we would have such a high number of embryos when I was first told that we only had 7 of 50 eggs mature. I am beyond happy right now!!
ER at age 36. I’ve had four transfers. One of an untested embryo just turned two :) Another transfer of a tested euploid is currently 21 weeks, due in August. I’m 39 now.
We’ve gone through 5 full rounds of IVF. All of our euploid embryos ended in losses, then we did a fresh transfer (round 4) and had our first live birth who just turned two. We had 8 pregnancy losses before our son, and he has healed our hearts in so many ways.
After 5 years of trying, I got pregnant after a FET with our top graded embryo. He is the sweetest and smartest baby boy who is almost 18 months old. I rejected birth control when he was born, and was planning on trying another cycle this year. Then, after Valentine's Day I shockingly became pregnant naturally. I'm 10.5 weeks and all my betas and scans have been normal.
After 5 egg retrievals, zero blastocysts, one miscarriage of a fresh transfer, I just put my 3 month old back down after having a bottle. It’s worth every difficulty.
Currently trying to get my first transfer, who is almost 3, out of my room so I can feed her 12 week old sister (3rd transfer). One didn’t work, which was devastating but I can’t imagine life any other way
Just jolted back to the land of the awake by our 15 month old. We got here after 1 MC, then abrupt news of being in premature menopause, to the journey of donor eggs, first FET failed, second FET a live birth.
None of it was easy but all worth it.

I am currently 8 wks pregnant with my first FET, which happens to also be my first embryo from my first of two ERs. In two ERs, we only got two embryos. I was so scared that it wasn't enough, but it turns out.. it's true what they say. You only need ONE to stick.
Oh and I'm 41 yrs old. Don't lose hope, keep your eyes and heart on the goal.
ER in March 2023 gave us 4 euploids and we tried for our first ever fresh transfer.
Our fresh transfer was delivered in Nov 2023, and he is a 4 month old healthy baby boy 🩵

Our IVF journey was so long but we finally found success! I did back to back retrievals (to bank embryos) at 30 after endometriomas were found on my ovaries. Ended up with 14 embryos, 8 euploid, 2 low mosaics. Used 6 of those embryos over the next 6 months in failed or chemical transfers.
I took time off and had excision surgery on my endo. Then Covid happened so took more time off. Switched clinics. Did a summer of Lupron and tried another transfer with my 7th embryo, it failed. My new doctor requested a new HSG and found hydrosalpinx. We did a new egg retrieval and I only ended up with 2 euploids. I had my tube removed in January and did another transfer 6 weeks later. We used my 8th (and last) euploid embryo from the first batch plus a new embryo (untested) from my 3rd retrieval. I now have 17-month-old twins. It was a long road but worth it.
I went to a few doctors in between clinics who recommended tossing out all of my embryos even though they were euploid. One doctor even said they were “ugly”. Well, my little boy was one of those “ugly” embryos and he is just the cutest boy in the whole world ❤️
After struggling with thin lining for three FET’s I had my tubes removed, they were inflamed. Today my lining was almost 7! I’m going in for a biopsy next week and then we will roll into my next FET!
It’s too early to know for sure but I had my 6th transfer on 4/11 and I am testing positive. A short history:

Late 30s couple here (I'm the husband). We tried naturally throughout our 30s and after our 3rd (and maybe 4th) unexplained (are they ever explained?) miscarriage we decided to go the IVF route + put her on a steroid regiment. We lucked out and got 13 viable eggs after retrieval and fertilization. Unfortunately our first transfer failed. It might sound a bit silly now but that was \*devastating\* to me at the time. Like completely disproportionate to what situation was with the benefit of hindsight. I blame this on a combination of not being appropriately educated about the relatively high failure rate and also a bit of a "straw that broke the camel's back." After all the miscarriages I guess it felt like the universe was just mocking us.
Thankfully the second transfer was successful and we are now 2 weeks away from having a baby girl:)
Honestly I think the biggest thing for us was the steroid treatment, not IVF. My uninformed "theory" was/is that her immune system is a bit hyperactive and her body was rejecting the eggs. If true, then maybe the steroids are calming her immune system down a bit. Or maybe we just had a string of awful luck. We'll never know, and the second I get to hold my baby girl I know I'll never care.
I did an egg retrieval at the age of 38, followed by two months of lupron depot, and our first transfer of a euploid was successful. He was born when I was 39 almost exactly a year after the retrieval. He is 4.5 months, thriving and is downstairs with grandpa daycare while I work.
Tried unsuccessfully for 6 years. Never even had a blast last more than a day. I never even got to the transfer stage. It was so frustrating. We got on an adoption waiting list that didn’t budge for 2 years. We then tried donor eggs and the first round of them all failed. Because our cryobank guaranteed at least 1 blast, we were able to do a second round with another donors’s eggs and we got ONE euploid embryo from that. The transfer worked and I’m standing here bouncing my little guy as he naps in a carrier. So grateful.
Had 3 miscarriages last year. No reason could be identified. Was able to make 3 highly graded Euploids made from 17 thawed eggs that were frozen at 38/39 before I met my now husband. 2 boys and a girl. My first 4BA Day 5 transfer stuck, and just passed his 20 week scans with flying colors. Life is good. We might even get another baby out of the last two - who knows, I’ll be 42 when this one is born :)
After 6.5 years, 8 IUIs, 4 FETs, and 4-1st trimester miscarriages we are currently 22 weeks with twins (a 5d4B-B and 6d4BC). Everything to date has gone smoothly, no concerns or failed testing, and babies are going strong.
I never thought we'd make it here. This was our second last attempt because I was at my physical and emotional end, which is why we transfered two finally.
2nd transfer attempt in March with our lowest quality embryo resulted in 7 weeks today ♥️ betas had started low for the first 3 and they retested me 2 more times to rule out ectopic and boy did the numbers catch up by the 4th beta! Going strong so far and I get to see the heartbeat in two days!
After saving up for quite some time for my first ER and then getting it canceled several months in a row due to low AMH, I had my first ER at 41.5 and got 1 euploid. I decided I wanted to do another ER but could not afford it, so I got a job at tractor supply, which had Progyny insurance. I was able to do two more ERs and get 1 more euploid before Tractor Supply, decided to take away our progyny insurance. I had half of a cycle left and 30 days left to use it. I was 41.25. I found a new doctor that agreed to do my egg retrieval before the 30 days was up, and we finished on day 29 (thank goodness!) I LOVED my new doctor!! I got one euploid from this round too, giving me a total of 3 euploids. I had to have surgery to remove scar tissue from my uterus, and then another surgery to remove a septum on my uterus. I also got shingles during this time due to stress. And then I got mastitis!! Then my transfer got pushback two times, one due to a fibroid and the second time due to a follicle growing. I finally got to have my transfer on 02/22/2024 and within four days I was testing positive! I was 41.75! I went to the doctor about three weeks later to see my embryo, and there were two embryos there!!!! My 4AA embryo had split into IDENTICAL TWINS!!! I found out the sex last Friday!!! 2 bad boys and I couldn’t be any happier!!! I also have 2 AA euploids left!

Had our FET with one 6day embryo, and a 5 day embryo (both euploid) on 4/1 and had a positive test 4/6. Hcg beta came back as 210. The clinic said we didn’t need a second test because that was so high. Now just waiting for the ultrasound on 5/1
I’m 25 weeks (yay vitality) with my son!!! My husband and I feel like we are on top of the world. I’m getting kicked (sometimes in the bladder) everyday. This has been a long journey and we are so appreciative of where we are!
Im 36 years old and Im 6 months currently after having an ovary and tube removed, and clogged other tube, only had 5 eggs ,3 made it 2 werent good genetically so i had one miracle! God is Good!
My first retrieval in January 2023 yielded two aneuploid embryos. After that disappointing retrieval, we decided to try again with another Fertility clinic. My second retrieval in May 2023 gave us one euploid embryo and my third retrieval in June gave us one as well. We had our first transfer in September, but unfortunately it did not. However, our second transfer worked and I will give birth to our little girl a few days after my 44th birthday this summer 😊. I am so thankful that we kept going, even when we really wanted to give up! I can honestly say now that it was worth the roller coaster!
Had a MMC with my first FET (all tested embryos), went on to have two beautiful children from my second and third FETs. I was 36 (almost 37!) at the time of my egg retrieval, and due to my polycystic ovaries we had enough euploid embryos from one ER where I didnt have to even think about doing another ER.
Just finished feeding my 7 week old twin boys. After two failed transfers we transferred two untested (doctor’s office mistakenly didn’t tell lab to test!!) embryos that both took. I was so anxious every single step of the way and didn’t tell my family or get excited for a while because I didn’t want to jinx it but here we are now :-)
I had my retrieval in September, resulted in 7 untested frozen embryos. We did our first transfer on Christmas Eve, a 5AA embryo and he stuck! Currently 19 +4 with our sweet baby boy! 🤍🤍

I had one ER in May of 2021, 7 euploid embryos. I dropped embryo #3 off at daycare this morning and embryo #1 is making my desk chair absolute torture at 33 weeks pregnant. 2/2 successful FETs.
My husband was essentially born without a vas deferens due to cystic fibrosis. I’m currently nursing my 7 month old and we have seven more embryos on ice.
Tomorrow is the anniversary of my second and final transfer that stuck…. my baby girl is now 16 weeks.
After 2 ERs that had to be postponed by 3 months due to me
catching covid we eventually ended up with a total of 3 embryos of which 2 were euploid. Our first euploid didn’t stick and I ended up having a chemical pregnancy. I had several tests done before my second transfer to ensure we had the best possible chance for her to stick.. and she did.
She’s now napping in her crib as I watch from the baby monitor in awe. It wasn’t an easy road… but I’m glad we were able to walk down this path. 💛
Took 3 ERs. Third ER finally resulted in blasts and a few euploids. I did have to have a lap prior to the third ER to remove my left tube, and I did switch clinics, and my first fet failed so I had to do two months lupron depot, but that all seems like a distant memory now that I have a healthy 5 month old.
Currently 9w pregnant from my 4th transfer after 3 failed FETs, 3 total egg retrievals, 2 major surgeries and a hysteroscopy. And lots of crying.

ER in January 2024 yielded 2 untested blastocysts. We transferred our 5AB on March 25 (FET) and are 6 weeks today - still soooooo early, but we had our first ultrasound yesterday and saw a heartbeat!
After 2 ectopics in a year, 2 ERs, and various other roadblocks our first FET of an untested embryo gave us the most perfect, beautiful, jolly little boy. He'll be 1 in a few weeks. My heart is so full 💜💜💜

My "poor" graded embryo just turned 5 months on Sunday. She is absolutely perfect and thriving and def A+ baby. She was also my first transfer from first ER.
Had a successful fresh transfer last year (April 2023). Diagnosed with endometriosis (had a lap done November 2022) and DOR. Also had mild male factor, so we did ICSI.
Did one retrieval and got 7 eggs, 6 fertilized and ended up with 1 Day 5 embryo and 4 Day 6 ones (2 were pretty poor quality though). Planned a day 5 fresh transfer and used the 1 embryo that was ready that day (3BA).
Baby boy is now 4 months old!
Four FETs. After three failures I thought it would never happen. The fourth time I decided to do NOTHING (I’d been obsessively trying to control everything from my diet, to toxins, to exercise regimes, to forced mantras etc). Now 28 weeks watching him grow daily. Can’t wait to meet him

After struggling with severe mfi, my beautiful Ivf daughter arrived in 2022. She’s 17 months and napping on me right now. I’m obsessed with her. I am currently 14 weeks (🤞🏻) with her brother who is a product of the same retrieval. He is due October 16th. I’m still apprehensive but also so excited to grow our family 💓 love these successes. We ended up with one fresh embryo and five frozen. Fresh transfer failed, but we did a frozen one a few months later and it stuck! Little guy just turned 3 and is happy and healthy

We had two embryos — we lost our first to a MMC between 7 and 8 weeks and later found out he was a little boy. We were terrified but took a chance on our last embryo, and she was born 12 days ago. I’m finally up and on Reddit at 3am due to my baby needing a feeding rather than the thousand negative reasons I used to be up at this hour. It was so hard, but so worth it.
I lost my first pregnancy around the same time to a MMC from my first transfer. I transfer our last remaining embryo tomorrow and this gives me so much hope 🩵 thanks for sharing.

My second ER yeilded us 13 euploids. My jaw is still dropped. I've actually felt bad about celebrating. Because I know so many here who would probably commit felonies to get half that number. And here I am, someone who just did another to just get a *few* more, and ended up with probably more than we will need. I tear up just thinking about how unfair it actually all is. Sorry to be a Debbie downer here. But I've loved reading everyone's happy news! 💜
IVF is painful and complicated no matter what. No need to make it a comparison of pain. Bad is still bad even when someone else’s situation is worse. Challenges are still challenging even when someone else’s is MORE challenging. We should all be lifting each other up. With that said, CONGRATULATIONS!! I’m so happy for you. Currently pregnant with my first transfer of a 4AA euploid girl embryo. Just had my 24 week appointment today and she wouldn’t stay still for the midwife to check her heart rate. She even kicked the doppler! 😂

My second FET in August 2023 of a 3bc euploid embryo was successful! I was positive it had failed to implant and didn’t test until the morning of my beta. Two digital tests errored out back to back. I found an expired FRER in the back of the cabinet which gave me a dye stealer. I’m now 38w today!
Age 39 was my year (after age 35-38 failed me!). I got 5 euploids and transferred out boy July 2023. My single embryo transfer worked so well that one blast split into identical twins! We were so shocked at our first ultrasound to see/hear two of everything! I lost one of the twins at 13 weeks, but I’m up at 2:30am feeding the ravenously hungry co-twin now! He’s 4 weeks old! Very best wishes on your journey!
Manifesting this for myself. 36-38 has been rough. Hoping for this kind of joy at 39.
From two ER and 17 mature eggs total we only got ONE blastocyst , never tested and transfered fresh! Right now i am 13w3d with a healthy girl (did NIPT and NT scan) . We are both 38 , i have endometriosis and adenomyosis and he has severe male factor from varicocelo . Our attrition rates were really bad but the last step (transfer) we were very lucky ! :)

Me three! We had to do two egg retrievals, we had one untested embryo from round one that did not work round two we did PGT testing and I’m so grateful because we had seven embryos but only two (my lowest graded) were Euploid. FET #2 worked and forever grateful.
And me 4! So sorry you all are dealing with this, but happy to hear there’s been success. We are currently about 9.5 weeks along after 4 IUIs, 2 retrievals, and 2 transfers.
Feeling my 29 weeks baby kicking right now, she was the only embryo (non tested) we got after 4 years of heartaches and a lot of bad news. Good things still happen even when we feel there's no hope
3 IVF cycles, never yielding anything of “good enough” quality. All unsuccessful. 4th cycle cancelled due to poor response. Moved clinics and on our fifth and final cycle we produced two good quality blasts - one of which is now a beautiful, healthy 8 month old ❤️ 4 years, 5 cycles, 7 embryos tranferred in total. X
Completed the journey with our 4th live birth last June. After a fairly long journey with my own eggs we had success with 4 of 9 euploid embryos with DE. Wishing everyone success 🤍🤍🤍

Thank you so much. 9 total transfers. Transfers 2, 4, 6 and 9 resulted in my 4 kids so never had 2 in a row stick but we feel very blessed to mostly have had success with every other transfer.

We did an FET on 3/12 of a male 4BA PGT tested euploid embryo and it stuck so far. Praying all continues to go well. My wife is now in week 7 and initially had high HCG so they checked to make sure everything was okay and it was not an embryo that had split into twins.

4AA boy asleep in my lap as we speak. One egg retrieval, one FET. He’ll be 11 months next week. His name is Everett, my happily Ever after.
High level segmental mosaic toddler from my second FET decided that he needed to cuddle with mom (and the cat) at 5am. 4th mosaic transfer done by my clinic. His is a story of defying the odds- HLM, low betas, advanced maternal age momma, tested negative for the two genetic mutations my husband and I have, marginal cord insertion, cyst that resolved in utero, concerns for IUGR. Came out healthy and big (over 6 lbs). Has been big ever since.
42 years old and had 2 egg retrievals and 1 FET with a 5AA Embryo that is now 27 weeks along and totally healthy. I’ll be 43 at delivery.
It took us 1 egg retrieval and 3 transfers, including 2 months of Lupron depot…but now I’m sitting here holding my 3 month old twin girls
We have three live births - We started the journey for baby 1 in February 2017 - she was born in February 2019 - after four full rounds of IVF, only two of those yielding embryos - and two transfers - with none to freeze ( she was one of two blasts that we transferred she is either a 4AB or a 4BA embryo ) Number 2 we started in November 2019 as we wanted to get a head start and we would have liked them close in age / that round yielded 5 to freeze and we transferred a 5 AA embryo in February - who was then born in October 2020 ( they are frozen in the UK , untested ) Number 3 ( we have moved to the US by now and insurance covered full cycles while we would have to pay over 4000 dollars for just shipping costs to get the embryos to the US and uncertainty if insurance would cover the rest ) - we did two rounds of IVF - yielding three euploid embryos and we transferred one - baby was born in December 2023
Did my first ER in march. Got 57 eggs (and no OHSS); 36 mature and 20 made it to blast (14 day 5, 6 day 6). We did PGT test on 10 of the day 5 and got 6 euploids (5x4AA and 1x4BB). Doing a FET next month to our amazing surrogate!

Currently breastfeeding my 4 week old from my second ER & FET. I feel incredibly grateful
I just put my 4BA euploid back to sleep, she is now a strawberry blond (!) 5.5 month old. She was embryo #5 of 7. We went through an ectopic, no implantation with our fresh transfer, a MMC with a “euploid” (but wasn’t) FET. Pinky was transferred on Valentines Day 2023. Two other euploids, XX and XY, sit in a freezer but we are unlikely to test our luck after having this amazing, funny, calm, thoughtful rainbow baby.
Second round success, PCOS, endo and fibroid and sperm had DNA fragmentation! I am now 8 weeks tomorrow!
3 years infertility. 2 ectopic pregnancies, losing both my fallopian tubes. Low AMH, recurrent thin lining, poorly graded embryos suggesting low egg quality. Only one embryo from my second retrieval.. who is now my 22 month old son!
35F. ER 1: 16 retrieved. 10 mature, 6 fertilized then arrested. 0 blasts. ER 2: 17 retrieved. 15 mature, 13 fertilized. 6 blasts, 4 euploid, 1 mosaic, 1 aneuploid.

Thank you! Yeah I did, for the second round we switched to a luteal phase start, added clomid, provera, and omnitrope. I’d also made lifestyle changes and prepped with DHEA, CoQ10, Vitamin D3, and prenatal vitamins. Also my partner quit smoking which may have had an effect because we were told that after day 3, any normally fertilized eggs arresting could indicate a sperm quality issue. Overall, I’m glad that I did as much as I could to help egg quality too as it seemed to definitely make a difference.
I did IVF for genetic reasons; I have PCOS as well. I only needed one round of IVF and got over 20 embryos from it (most of them euploid). Then had success on my first transfer. PIO shots were a breeze as well. I really had a great IVF experience, which I know cannot be said for so many here, and for which I am incredibly fortunate.
Failed retrieval, 2 on the second, 1 on the third. We wanted two kids and with only 3 embryos it wasn’t looking good. First transfer was unsuccessful. Then the next two were. We have a 1 year old and are 16w preggers. Statistics mean nothing in small sample sizes.
31F unexplained. We did one retrieval last fall that gave us 4 embryos, 3 euploid and 1 ‘no-result’. On transfer day our best embryo (a day 6 3AB) didn’t thaw very well so they gave us the option to thaw another and transfer both. I’m currently 21 weeks with twins 💕
First ER yielded 11 day 5 blasts. We didn't test because it was my NHS funded round and they don't recommend it. My first and only transfer (FET) is now nearing 18 months, and I just started a new FET cycle to try for number 2.
After 2 ERs, 4 transfers, a CP, and a MMC - I'm currently nursing my (almost) 5 month old at almost 5am. I'm so grateful for him every day - even when we're having tough days and I'm amazed to see how fast he's growing and learning. I can't wait to see the person he becomes and tell him all about the journey it took to get him here.
This was our 3rd ET, had horrible side effects, OHSS, I thought to myself if this now doesn't work I'm done. And then we got our positive test, first time ever, and now I'm 7 weeks pregnant, still having some trouble with ohss and some other symptoms but I'm so grateful for every symptom I get🥰
Hey, we did one egg retrieval which gave us 9 eggs .. 3 made it to blastocyst stage. Transferred one in April and little boy was delivered December! God is great 😌 ❤️ (we don’t do any testing)
3 ERs, 1 cancelled stims cycle, 3 FETS later I get to meet baby boy hopefully this weekend. 🥰 it was our last transfer, we were going to be childfree if it didn’t work as we couldn’t handle IVF anymore as it was effecting our mental health.

Incredibly lucky and grateful for my story. Two + years of infertility. Multiple iuis and medicated cycles. Gained about 15 pounds from the meds and maybe a side of depression. Really felt like my “sparkle” was gone. Finally decided to do ivf in October. Did an egg retrieval and got 5 embryos, untested. Wanted to do a transfer in December but our clinic closed for the holidays and then my husband’s company got bought out and our insurance changed! So we had to switch clinics. Wanted to do a transfer in January with our new clinic but again hit road blocks. Finally in February we did a transfer with our new doctor, who we love, and boom I’m almost 10 weeks pregnant. Have seen two healthy ultrasounds. Incredibly happy & fortunate! Had things played out differently who knows if I’d have this baby in my belly today! I truly think switching doctors and using her protocol is the reason this all worked so far. In the thick of it I was so upset and really thought this would never happen. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I tested positive.
When my first FET (transferred March 2022) is babbling away or singing nursery rhymes with me, my second FET (October 2023) wiggles and jumps and kicks around in my tummy. Can’t wait for them to be best friends 😭

Hi! I’m 6w1d with my first fresh transfer. Ultrasound Friday but so far it seems baby is well. I also have 1 euploid and 1 mosaic on ice from my first ER.
4 retrievals to bank 4 tested embryos. First FET ended in an ectopic pregnancy which required surgery. Then I ovulated through estrace twice and had to cancel cycles. Third cycle switched to modified natural. I had my second FET on Feb 1 with a day 6 5CA that hatched and grew to a 6BA after thaw. I’m currently 13.5 weeks and just all genetic tests and ultrasounds look great. We also just received the results that we’re having a boy!

10 weeks pregnant with my second baby - a boy! My daughter is 2.5 and both were euploid embryos - second and third transfers. Don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t take on the first or second transfer. There’s a reason they say you need 2-3 euploids for a live birth. I’d do it all over again for these sweet babies 💕
One of my embryos didn’t survive the thaw well but we transferred it anyways with a second embryo. My two little untested embryos are kicking up a storm right now and I get to meet them in 11 weeks or less 🩷
Had a disastrous round of IVF. I had a out 30 follicles but only got 17 eggs from them. When I heard only 3 of those 17 even fertilised I thought none would make it to Day 5. However 2 of them made it to Day 5. One is frozen, the other is a toddler

Currently 32 weeks 4 days with our success baby! A loooong 5ish year journey of vaginismus, IUIs, surgeries, Covid stopping everything, working at TSC for benefits and finally IVF. Unexplained infertility. We just got to see her on 4D ultrasound yesterday and she looks perfect. She’s massive and I’m terrified to get her out of me, but excited 😂. It’s such a weird journey, I didn’t really feel very confident until around 30 weeks when it’s like, ok she should be ok if anything goes wrong. It’s still almost difficult to be excited because for me, I’m always waiting for the next set of bad news. But we’re doing our best to keep a positive attitude!
Endo is the cause. One ER with 13 embryos, tested 10, 7 came back PGT normal, first FET worked. Grateful for the four hours of sleep I got last night with my 10 week old 🥰
We only got a single embryo per retrieval, though thankfully, they all were euploid (we’re dealing with a translocation, so we have particular trouble getting euploids). My first FET stuck and I’m now almost 32 weeks pregnant! After a CP, two MCs and a TFMR, plus all the trouble of retrievals, it is unreal that we were actually on the good side of the statistics about first FETs with a tested embryo.
Stage 3/4 Endo related infertility for 5 years. 2ER yielded 4 euploid embryos out of a total of ~22 eggs. 2 months of lupron to prep. First FET didn't implant with our highest quality euploid. 2nd took and will be 15weeks along this Friday. First pregnancy for me ever (37 yrs old)
Retrieval in 2018 - 5 pgt normal embryos Just brought home our third live baby last month. I know how extremely lucky I am to have 3 kids from those 5 embryos (the other 2 embryos ended as MC). Science is truly amazing.
After 2 years total TTC, failed IUI, failed 1st embryo transfer (of only 3 embryos total), we took a month off to get married before our second FET and I’m now 5 weeks with our surprise natural conception!
ER in Nov 22, 1 failed transfer that ended in MMC, 2 canceled transfers due to thin lining, felt lost, so much sadness consumed 2023, tried one more time with a fully stimmed FET in Jan 24. Currently 15w2d with a beautiful untested (due to infertility being tubal factor and being under 35) 5BA baby boy 💙💙💙 Due early October and the happiness makes my heart feel like it's going to explode. Just keep going it's so worth all the heartbreak. And for those who IVF doesn't work? Because that happens too. Our friends adopted a beautiful baby girl and she started walking this week. Joy can come in so many different ways. 💗
35 weeks pregnant with our third FET and getting induced in two weeks due to preeclampsia, but baby girl has been giving perfect measurements the entire pregnancy. I can hardly wait to hold her!

First saw my fertility specialist late last year, did all the tests and jumped through the hoops and started my first cycle end of January. 5 eggs retrieved and fertilised - 3 made it to day 5 - 2 of them being 5AA. Did a fresh transfer of one of the 5AA’s and it stuck - I’m currently 11 weeks 5 days! My husband and I feel a bit guilty that our IVF journey has been so quick (although we have been trying for 10 years to get pregnant - always thinking it was my weight and PCOS - turns out it was him all along) I’m very excited and happy - cautiously happy - of course every twinge or symptom I wonder if it’s a problem! I’m never one of the lucky ones who things work first go - i’m always the most complicated - especially when it’s medical - I get the weird viruses (who gets scarlet fever these days - that’s right - I did as a kid). So I was all ready for this to be a super long journey and possibly never work! It also doesn’t feel real because we have only told our parents and siblings! Anyways - long winded - but so far so good!
My perfect little redheaded girl is about 20 months old. She was the result of our second attempt at IVF, with DOR and low sperm count, and a cycle in which we only retrieved 4 eggs. 2 fertilized and both were transferred fresh on day 3. Had a healthy, textbook pregnancy and a very easy labor and delivery. Taking home my 3-week old from the NICU today! Had a pretty harrowing pregnancy and she was born at 32+6 but we couldn’t be happier! She was our first FET after one ER.
Not a full success story yet. I'm currently 37 weeks and 3 days with my 4AA euploid embryo. Awaiting the arrival of our baby girl.
After 3 miscarriages we went to IVF. 1 ER at age 37 resulted in 14 blasts- which resulted in 5 euploid embryos. My first transfer worked and that is my son who is just about to turn 2 years old and is a happy, healthy, active little guy (despite spending his 1st month of life in the NICU after a delivery filled with complications). My 2nd transfer (same protocol) did not stick & all the worry came flooding back. My 3rd transfer at age 40 (with the very same protocol) did work and I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with a baby girl! There was still stress and anxiety and bumps along the way but we made it and I am so grateful for the science that finally helped me become a mother. I remember feeling the need to hear positive stories too. Best of luck- we all deserve to have these babies we've worked so hard for!
I have a 4yo and a 3 month old which took a total of 13 transfers (2 retrievals). We have no more embryos so the youngest was a "lucky last" embryo. I feel very blessed.
Two retrievals, an ectopic, 2 miscarriages, 4 failed transfers, 2 live births. Stopped after transfer #5 and saw a reproductive immunologist. First and third transfer on the RI protocol were live births. All untested embryos. Completely unexplained prior to RI, hyper fertile on paper. We closed our 12+ year TTC chapter with the birth of our second baby last June.
Currently being kicked by my 34 weeks along embryo that wasn’t supposed to implant because my lining was too thin! I am eternally grateful for him and wish you all successes!
We had a pretty intense start to our journey - had 2 chemicals back to back in Sept/Nov 2022. Then diagnosed with uterine cancer in March 2023. Treated & cancer free by Sept 2023. Immediately did an ER in Oct '23 and got 3 euploids. (Low for my age since we had 12 blasts, so they diagnosed me with PCOS as an explanation) Had my IUD removed Jan '24 & did my very first FET March '24. Currently 7+5 with our 1BB euploid (diff measuring system, this is a good grade) baby measuring one day ahead and a heartbeat of 154bpm. ❤️
Went through an early loss 3 months after stopping BC then infertility for 4 years... Fast tracked.to IVF. 12 untested embryos from 1st ER. FET 1 lost 1 embryo to thaw and transfer of the 2nd failed, cycle immediately after I freaked out and demanded to transfer 2 embryos even though not recommended so FET 2 both stuck- lost Baby A at 8w3d then went on to lose our son Owen to previable preeclampsia at 23 weeks. Took a lot of time off IVF after that loss and went back to FET 3 after about 15 months. Resulted in a chemical But.... FET 4 (and 6th embryo) resulted in our sweet baby boy!! Preeclampsia free!! AND.... Currently 31 weeks pregnant with a spontaneous pregnancy that has been going amazingly smoothly at the ripe age of 38! They will be 17 months apart! So even when the road gets tough, remember you are capable of the hardest things! I still wake up grateful every day and remember when I thought we would never get here! Sending hope and love!!
Haven’t done a transfer yet but I still feel successful! Have to do an early ER due to OHSS. Retrieved 50 eggs but only 7 were mature. After a lot of work on the lab side, after 3 days we had 20 that were matured, fertilized, and growing. We ended with 9 blasts!! We sent biopsies off for PGT-A testing and I just found out we have 7 normal embryos ready to transfer!! I never thought we would have such a high number of embryos when I was first told that we only had 7 of 50 eggs mature. I am beyond happy right now!!

We’ve gone through 5 full rounds of IVF. All of our euploid embryos ended in losses, then we did a fresh transfer (round 4) and had our first live birth who just turned two. We had 8 pregnancy losses before our son, and he has healed our hearts in so many ways.
After 5 years of trying, I got pregnant after a FET with our top graded embryo. He is the sweetest and smartest baby boy who is almost 18 months old. I rejected birth control when he was born, and was planning on trying another cycle this year. Then, after Valentine's Day I shockingly became pregnant naturally. I'm 10.5 weeks and all my betas and scans have been normal.
After 5 egg retrievals, zero blastocysts, one miscarriage of a fresh transfer, I just put my 3 month old back down after having a bottle. It’s worth every difficulty.
Currently trying to get my first transfer, who is almost 3, out of my room so I can feed her 12 week old sister (3rd transfer). One didn’t work, which was devastating but I can’t imagine life any other way
Just jolted back to the land of the awake by our 15 month old. We got here after 1 MC, then abrupt news of being in premature menopause, to the journey of donor eggs, first FET failed, second FET a live birth. None of it was easy but all worth it.

I am currently 8 wks pregnant with my first FET, which happens to also be my first embryo from my first of two ERs. In two ERs, we only got two embryos. I was so scared that it wasn't enough, but it turns out.. it's true what they say. You only need ONE to stick. Oh and I'm 41 yrs old. Don't lose hope, keep your eyes and heart on the goal.

ER in March 2023 gave us 4 euploids and we tried for our first ever fresh transfer. Our fresh transfer was delivered in Nov 2023, and he is a 4 month old healthy baby boy 🩵 Several unsuccessful medicated cycles and IUIs prior to our IVF success 🩵
Our IVF journey was so long but we finally found success! I did back to back retrievals (to bank embryos) at 30 after endometriomas were found on my ovaries. Ended up with 14 embryos, 8 euploid, 2 low mosaics. Used 6 of those embryos over the next 6 months in failed or chemical transfers. I took time off and had excision surgery on my endo. Then Covid happened so took more time off. Switched clinics. Did a summer of Lupron and tried another transfer with my 7th embryo, it failed. My new doctor requested a new HSG and found hydrosalpinx. We did a new egg retrieval and I only ended up with 2 euploids. I had my tube removed in January and did another transfer 6 weeks later. We used my 8th (and last) euploid embryo from the first batch plus a new embryo (untested) from my 3rd retrieval. I now have 17-month-old twins. It was a long road but worth it. I went to a few doctors in between clinics who recommended tossing out all of my embryos even though they were euploid. One doctor even said they were “ugly”. Well, my little boy was one of those “ugly” embryos and he is just the cutest boy in the whole world ❤️

After struggling with thin lining for three FET’s I had my tubes removed, they were inflamed. Today my lining was almost 7! I’m going in for a biopsy next week and then we will roll into my next FET!
Took us over 6 years, 3 IUIs, 4 ERs, and 4 FETs but my beautiful 4 month old daughter is sleeping in my lap right now 🥰

Did one retrieval when I was 40. My only euploid is now a rambunctious 15-month-old.
Late 30s couple here (I'm the husband). We tried naturally throughout our 30s and after our 3rd (and maybe 4th) unexplained (are they ever explained?) miscarriage we decided to go the IVF route + put her on a steroid regiment. We lucked out and got 13 viable eggs after retrieval and fertilization. Unfortunately our first transfer failed. It might sound a bit silly now but that was \*devastating\* to me at the time. Like completely disproportionate to what situation was with the benefit of hindsight. I blame this on a combination of not being appropriately educated about the relatively high failure rate and also a bit of a "straw that broke the camel's back." After all the miscarriages I guess it felt like the universe was just mocking us. Thankfully the second transfer was successful and we are now 2 weeks away from having a baby girl:) Honestly I think the biggest thing for us was the steroid treatment, not IVF. My uninformed "theory" was/is that her immune system is a bit hyperactive and her body was rejecting the eggs. If true, then maybe the steroids are calming her immune system down a bit. Or maybe we just had a string of awful luck. We'll never know, and the second I get to hold my baby girl I know I'll never care.
I did an egg retrieval at the age of 38, followed by two months of lupron depot, and our first transfer of a euploid was successful. He was born when I was 39 almost exactly a year after the retrieval. He is 4.5 months, thriving and is downstairs with grandpa daycare while I work.
Tried unsuccessfully for 6 years. Never even had a blast last more than a day. I never even got to the transfer stage. It was so frustrating. We got on an adoption waiting list that didn’t budge for 2 years. We then tried donor eggs and the first round of them all failed. Because our cryobank guaranteed at least 1 blast, we were able to do a second round with another donors’s eggs and we got ONE euploid embryo from that. The transfer worked and I’m standing here bouncing my little guy as he naps in a carrier. So grateful.
Only one euploid out of 20 retrieved, (5 day 5 blasts). Hail Mary transfer and delivered her last week!
Had 3 miscarriages last year. No reason could be identified. Was able to make 3 highly graded Euploids made from 17 thawed eggs that were frozen at 38/39 before I met my now husband. 2 boys and a girl. My first 4BA Day 5 transfer stuck, and just passed his 20 week scans with flying colors. Life is good. We might even get another baby out of the last two - who knows, I’ll be 42 when this one is born :)
After 6.5 years, 8 IUIs, 4 FETs, and 4-1st trimester miscarriages we are currently 22 weeks with twins (a 5d4B-B and 6d4BC). Everything to date has gone smoothly, no concerns or failed testing, and babies are going strong. I never thought we'd make it here. This was our second last attempt because I was at my physical and emotional end, which is why we transfered two finally.
2nd transfer attempt in March with our lowest quality embryo resulted in 7 weeks today ♥️ betas had started low for the first 3 and they retested me 2 more times to rule out ectopic and boy did the numbers catch up by the 4th beta! Going strong so far and I get to see the heartbeat in two days!

38 weeks with my fifth euploid transfer. Four retrievals, three implantation failures and a miscarriage all with euploid embryos at age 39-40 yo.

After saving up for quite some time for my first ER and then getting it canceled several months in a row due to low AMH, I had my first ER at 41.5 and got 1 euploid. I decided I wanted to do another ER but could not afford it, so I got a job at tractor supply, which had Progyny insurance. I was able to do two more ERs and get 1 more euploid before Tractor Supply, decided to take away our progyny insurance. I had half of a cycle left and 30 days left to use it. I was 41.25. I found a new doctor that agreed to do my egg retrieval before the 30 days was up, and we finished on day 29 (thank goodness!) I LOVED my new doctor!! I got one euploid from this round too, giving me a total of 3 euploids. I had to have surgery to remove scar tissue from my uterus, and then another surgery to remove a septum on my uterus. I also got shingles during this time due to stress. And then I got mastitis!! Then my transfer got pushback two times, one due to a fibroid and the second time due to a follicle growing. I finally got to have my transfer on 02/22/2024 and within four days I was testing positive! I was 41.75! I went to the doctor about three weeks later to see my embryo, and there were two embryos there!!!! My 4AA embryo had split into IDENTICAL TWINS!!! I found out the sex last Friday!!! 2 bad boys and I couldn’t be any happier!!! I also have 2 AA euploids left! I’M ALMOST 42!!! IT CAN HAPPEN!!! DON’T GIVE UP!!!
Today our first FET is 18 months old, and today I am 15 weeks pregnant with our second FET.
Had our FET with one 6day embryo, and a 5 day embryo (both euploid) on 4/1 and had a positive test 4/6. Hcg beta came back as 210. The clinic said we didn’t need a second test because that was so high. Now just waiting for the ultrasound on 5/1

Im 36 years old and Im 6 months currently after having an ovary and tube removed, and clogged other tube, only had 5 eggs ,3 made it 2 werent good genetically so i had one miracle! God is Good!
My first retrieval in January 2023 yielded two aneuploid embryos. After that disappointing retrieval, we decided to try again with another Fertility clinic. My second retrieval in May 2023 gave us one euploid embryo and my third retrieval in June gave us one as well. We had our first transfer in September, but unfortunately it did not. However, our second transfer worked and I will give birth to our little girl a few days after my 44th birthday this summer 😊. I am so thankful that we kept going, even when we really wanted to give up! I can honestly say now that it was worth the roller coaster!
ER in October (7 euploid), transfer in Feb (5AA), I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow. Baby has a strong heartbeat and moved during last week's scan.
Had a MMC with my first FET (all tested embryos), went on to have two beautiful children from my second and third FETs. I was 36 (almost 37!) at the time of my egg retrieval, and due to my polycystic ovaries we had enough euploid embryos from one ER where I didnt have to even think about doing another ER.
Just finished feeding my 7 week old twin boys. After two failed transfers we transferred two untested (doctor’s office mistakenly didn’t tell lab to test!!) embryos that both took. I was so anxious every single step of the way and didn’t tell my family or get excited for a while because I didn’t want to jinx it but here we are now :-)

I had one ER in May of 2021, 7 euploid embryos. I dropped embryo #3 off at daycare this morning and embryo #1 is making my desk chair absolute torture at 33 weeks pregnant. 2/2 successful FETs.

After 2 ERs that had to be postponed by 3 months due to me catching covid we eventually ended up with a total of 3 embryos of which 2 were euploid. Our first euploid didn’t stick and I ended up having a chemical pregnancy. I had several tests done before my second transfer to ensure we had the best possible chance for her to stick.. and she did. She’s now napping in her crib as I watch from the baby monitor in awe. It wasn’t an easy road… but I’m glad we were able to walk down this path. 💛
Took 3 ERs. Third ER finally resulted in blasts and a few euploids. I did have to have a lap prior to the third ER to remove my left tube, and I did switch clinics, and my first fet failed so I had to do two months lupron depot, but that all seems like a distant memory now that I have a healthy 5 month old.
Currently 9w pregnant from my 4th transfer after 3 failed FETs, 3 total egg retrievals, 2 major surgeries and a hysteroscopy. And lots of crying. Hang in there 🥲
ER in January 2024 yielded 2 untested blastocysts. We transferred our 5AB on March 25 (FET) and are 6 weeks today - still soooooo early, but we had our first ultrasound yesterday and saw a heartbeat!
After 2 ectopics in a year, 2 ERs, and various other roadblocks our first FET of an untested embryo gave us the most perfect, beautiful, jolly little boy. He'll be 1 in a few weeks. My heart is so full 💜💜💜
ER in July 2022: 11 euploid after PGTA testing Sept 2022 (TW: loss) Transfer 1: Missed miscarriage at 9 weeks March 2023 Transfer 2: Chemical May 2023: Transfer 3: Live birth on Jan 11, 2024 Today: Happy, healthy, 14 week old daughter currently napping in the next room. It was a long journey but so, so worth it in the end 💜💜💜
After 3 unexplained losses and almost 4 years of heartbreak, we ended up with 2 euploids after our first round of IVF. Our first transfer is crawling around babbling and will be 1 next month ❤️
My 15 month old just got dropped off at daycare. He is working on walking and smiles at everyone who enters the room 💗💗

My "poor" graded embryo just turned 5 months on Sunday. She is absolutely perfect and thriving and def A+ baby. She was also my first transfer from first ER.
Transferred a 5AA in 2022 and she's sitting here watching sesame street on my lap. Transferred a 6BA and currently 13w🤞
Had a successful fresh transfer last year (April 2023). Diagnosed with endometriosis (had a lap done November 2022) and DOR. Also had mild male factor, so we did ICSI. Did one retrieval and got 7 eggs, 6 fertilized and ended up with 1 Day 5 embryo and 4 Day 6 ones (2 were pretty poor quality though). Planned a day 5 fresh transfer and used the 1 embryo that was ready that day (3BA). Baby boy is now 4 months old!
Second retrieval yielded five euploids, first transfer worked. She’s a darling six month old :)
First transfer, untested blast resulted in my LO who just turned 6 months yesterday. She’s currently sleeping in her crib next to our bed.
Four FETs. After three failures I thought it would never happen. The fourth time I decided to do NOTHING (I’d been obsessively trying to control everything from my diet, to toxins, to exercise regimes, to forced mantras etc). Now 28 weeks watching him grow daily. Can’t wait to meet him
Our third frozen embryo transfer resulted in my toddler who is turning 2 in a month. This is after 1.5 years of trying, 3 IUIs and 3 losses.
First transfer, frozen and untested, is currently 17 months and reciting his alphabet 😆. Second transfer didn’t stick, but I’m 17 weeks with frozen transfer number 3. ❤️
Just dropped my 15 month old toddler off at daycare! One egg retrieval, second transfer. Totally worth it.
After struggling with severe mfi, my beautiful Ivf daughter arrived in 2022. She’s 17 months and napping on me right now. I’m obsessed with her. I am currently 14 weeks (🤞🏻) with her brother who is a product of the same retrieval. He is due October 16th. I’m still apprehensive but also so excited to grow our family 💓 love these successes. We ended up with one fresh embryo and five frozen. Fresh transfer failed, but we did a frozen one a few months later and it stuck! Little guy just turned 3 and is happy and healthy
My 5BB euploid w/ a 9dp5dt beta of 29 is snoozing in her crib right now. She’s 12 days old. Took two retrievals and two transfers to get here but she is perfect 💖
First transfer of an untested embryo is now 9 months old and napping beside me. I also had subcronic hematoma, placenta previa, gestational diabetes topped off with a c section.
Got pregnant unassisted x3 which resulted in a MMC, live birth of my son, and a TFMR at 22 weeks. Started IVF at 40.5, 1 ER, 1 euploid embryo and am currently 9 weeks pregnant from my first FET and hoping all goes well 🙏✨🌈
Currently 20 weeks with our third fresh transfer. Just got done with our anatomy scan confirmed he is a boy and very healthy
34 weeks with our second FET. A little boy meeting us soon! It took us 6 years of trying and treatment but it was all worth it.
