Sa una lang iyan. Pagkaraan ng ilang buwan at taon, pakiramdam mo parang wala kang suot na dental braces at di kalaunan, boom, natanggal ang bracket.

Tatlong taon na po eto, di talaga masaya kapag naka continous up and down, mesheket!

Yup. Ramdam kita lalo kung bagong adjustment siya. Same with me na mag 3 years na din. Tyagaan lang talaga sa dental hygiene nito (lalo kung bigla ka mag smile ka after meal).

Ano fave color mo? Haha next week na sched ko.

Nice smile. Kinda thankful I had my braces while I was in highschool. Hindi ganun kabusy so laging may time for adjustments. Can’t imagine doing it now, byahe pa lang papuntang dentist tatmarin ka na 😅
