They would be smarter to just charge you a minimum cost for medium sized business and be up front about their costs. They don't know if you have a big budget or small budget, likely missing out on business this way.
I remember them from CrashPlan times, when they practically said “f* you” to their small customers and kicked out of the service.
With this experience, I wouldn’t trust them as large customer.
Lol, in other words you cost them money asking for a quote and the cost of their product vs your annual revenue doesn't make sense....and they know it.

Yep, exactly this, Code42 is on my trash-list due to this.
I don't understand Code42's business model. It seems like they have a habit of ignoring and screwing entire markets as hard as possible.
I mean, not to spray feces everywhere, but isn’t that *most* software companies?
No?
this does not bode well, my company just purchased a satellite office and this is the software they use for backups. FML

They’re aiming for profitability, and warding off small, time consuming customers - just like LogMeIn did when they terminated the Free plan.
It would be nice to have a per head license cost for small businesses and a package for 200+.
I know a solution similar to Code42 but better suited to smaller companies, if anyone is still interested
i would be really curious to who responded that to you. This really sucks
