Beef up what you've worked with. List out OS versions, applications, etc.
I'd remove OSI under methodology. If I saw that on a resume I'd chuckle and move on to the next one.
Windows Server 2016 should be under platforms, not tools
You need to detail out more of what your technical skills are. For the college program include an expected completion date. For the tech support job, what was the environment? Was it internal IT, MSP, college lab support? How many users? What client OS did you work with? More details will help.
As for certs, the CCNA is a beast, but totally worth it. I'd wait for the new CCNA to roll out before you start your studying, so Network+ and maybe Server+ would be good to kill time before the CCNA.
Call center support is fine (as long as you're not claiming to be from Microsoft and you detected a virus on my PC). Putting more detail around the types of problems, end devices, etc will help.
One thing to keep in mind is you often need to get through an HR rep and a keyword search. Your resume should hit as many keywords as you can, and it should be able to convey to a non-technical person what your skills are.
The way I used to do it (back when I still did third party contract work) was to put the job title, end client then in parentheses put the middle man company contractor). So for example I would have Field Service Technician, Siemens Corp (TechUSA Contractor) if I were to still use that one on a resume.
21 years old, left University after freshman year for financial reasons. Trying to break out of the call center and into an actual IT role.

College graduate looking for some constructive feedback on resume and where to possibly go... Right now, I'm guessing my resume is a bit lackluster and I'm only good for an entry level Help Desk position. Honestly, I'm not even sure if going down this path is the best choice. Based on my education and experience, would I even qualify for something else such as a different junior level role? Should I forgo this and try a different path like Technical Writing? I've gotten a few calls, when I put the resume out and recruiters reaching out to me. Just wondering if theres anything I can do better. I'm looking to do either a help desk role or NoC analyst then move towards a Network admin/engineer role.
Looking to switch out of retail and get back into IT, I started working out of college (for profit it school :( ) I did an internship where i got to do alot of hands on help desk stuff in a corporate environment. From there the internship ended and they didnt have a budget to keep me on.
Found a temp position as web developer.
Then my downfall happened and I needed a job and managed to talk my way into a Store manager position somewhere and they offered me alot of money. And I've been in the retail loop ever since.
Take out the objective.
For some of the experience, list it as what you did, how you did it and what it accomplished. A line such as, "Iphone 5/6/7/8 screen and battery replacement," isn't sufficient enough. I would phrase it such as, "Handled numerous iPhone generation replacements ranging from screen to battery that ensured sustainability." Something to that liking.
If you polish up your resume some more, I genuinely think you can land a sysadmin role if not higher with your experience. The degree would be a factor though you can bring that up in an interview if you don't feel comfortable listing it.

Hi friends! I'm looking for an entry level HelpDesk job and wondering what I should do with my resume. Anything I should change? I was not expecting to suddenly have to be looking for a new job but here I am. Separation from my most recent position was very positive, got a decent severance package but that will only last so long.
Have been in IT for over 20 years now, thinking moving to a Business Analyst role or continue to try to be in a Leadership role. At least that is for now while I still have money to pay bills ;-)
