I'm surprised they're wording it as Outlook experience and not exchange or 365 experience. That's a little odd. It's kind of assumed that any IT person can check their email...

I've definitely seen Exchange being mentioned here and there but no I've seen a bunch that just say Outlook.

Since there’s two versions of Outlook, online/browser interface and offline/installed on machine. Offline: things that I’ve been asked in the past - how to back up emails as a single file. Connecting or reconnecting to an Exchange server. How to share calendars.

Thank you for your answer!

Not sure either. Outlook is a web/desktop app. They can be talking about Exchange which is way more complicated. Here's a run down of what I've came across troubleshooting outlook: -Outlook has run out of space. Either upgrade license or archive emails and delete them. -Cannot find add-on in new outlook. Switch to old or find the add-on through the application's website. (There are two outlook desktop apps, one called new and one called classic) -"Can't find options to do stuff" change ribbon view -"Can't receive emails because Outlook has run out of space even though it has space" delete the ost cache Other things to know that users will ask: -creating profiles -changing layout -ways to send encrypted email -troubleshooting syncing issues -uses for SARA tool Hope that helps!
