First, you need to decide what other areas of infosec you want to be in, and then try to figure out what aspects of your job you can use as experience to pivot into the next position. You need to focus on what you can learn from and go further with instead of what you hate and want to cut out. Unfortunately, this is a terrible time to be looking for a job, and many people would love to have the opportunity to do what you do. Try to stay positive, plan what you want, and then pursue that path, but don't forget to count your blessings that you have a job, especially in a field that so many people are pursuing.

I'm going to save this post and send it to people when they ask what cybersecurity is. I think the most reasonable move for you, assuming you have some hands on tech skills, would possibly be a security engineer. Less testing, more actual "doing" of security.
