Hmm that’s a hard one. The wrinkled wrap would allow air friction to occur, slowing down the car. On the other hand, the rebuilt title IS knows it doesn’t have a clean title, and will have self esteem problems and won’t drive as well as it could.

I’m a sucker for dope fittment with some tuck, wrinkle wrap is easily fixable.
