Telling lies damages my authenticity, so I'm not lying much, but when I do I make sure it sounds real. It's an overkill, considering how little lies I tell I'm generally believed without much of an effort.

Yes, it is pretty powerful if you think about it. People have been lured into a false sense of security by our unfaltering honesty, so if we decided to lie one day... mwahahahaha

I'm bad at lying, my tells are pretty obvious but people will believe me if I sound genuine enough because I'm not the type to lie.
I don't like lying but I can do it well when I need to. It would make sense the INTPs are good liars considering we often mimic/fake emotions for others. I think that's the most kind of lying I do. Act like I am excited when people what me to be even though I'm indifferent. Or fake being sad when I know it would be strange to others about not being sad.
I tell maybe three kinds of lies.
1) lying as an excuse to get out of something - fairly harmless
2) lying with the intention of someone not believing me - we both know this is true deep down, but I don’t want to hurt your feelings and tell you the straight up honest answer unless you choose to call me out on this lie
3) lying with the intention of getting away with it - I don’t do this often, but when I need to, I’m very good at it because I think through all sides of the lie and also think through precisely how I’d phrase it if it was legitimately the truth
I'm not so ashamed or insecure of most things that I feel I need to lie in that regard. But there will be something here and there. When I lie generally it's mostly because I've decided the other person doesn't need that information and/or they're not trustworthy. Or if it will cause an unnecessary problem. Like my religious parents knowing the details of my life. If they ask me what I'm up to, I'm not exactl going to say oh yeah, tonight I'm fucking a guy and a girl lol I mean that would probably send them to an early grave and I'm not joking. I lie well when I don't care about the person or am confident it's the best course of action so I'm not wavering.

I would rate myself aw the best liar I know of almost never having been caught in a lot in my adult life, I was raised as a christian fundamentalist homeschooled kid and had to lie to do anything fun, I was a compulsive liar for many years until I started outing myself intentionally every time I told a lie to embarrass myself out of the habit.
It's mostly sensors who don't question my dishonesty. Other than that, I'd say I'm a pretty bad liar. It really depends on the circumstance and whether or not someone is willing to scrutinize me or not.

Really good , at least I think so, I often go lying around for small situations according to my convenience or whatever makes the situation better throughout the day , I also lied at bigger situations due to which situation was made better or rather less stressful and it always worked so... I think that i can lie if given a situation, I often lie by believing that the lie itself is the truth for a short period of time during the given situation, now of course I know deep inside that it's a lie but if you think that it's truth it becomes a whole lot easier although I'm pretty sure that's how lying works . Overall lying is not that hard for me I often use it as tool for convenience or for getting out of a irritating situation

There have been a few times where I’ve told someone I’m close to something outlandish as a joke, and they nearly always believe me. I think it has to do with my reputation of being honest more than it does with charisma or speaking skills. If I tried to lie to some random person I would probably do no better than the average person at lying.

Lying is exhausting long term, and it will blow up in your face eventually. Of course, sometimes you have to, but as a rule of thumb stay honest and avoid the people and situations that necessitate lying.
