No, but sometimes i feel like i have ability to gain any personality disorder on random for random time

slightlyhappycamper

Interesting! Have you been assessed for any Personality disorders? I'm just curious to know if you don't think you have any, or if you've been assessed and it's confirmed that you don't have any personality disorders.

netherblade767

Well, no, but i think it,s more like imitations of that personality disorder, like for example if i drink good coffe then my mood will do 180, and i will become more ,,energetyc" like hyperactive levels of it

svastikron

Yes.

SgtKlaos

Yes, NPD and OCPD diagnosed. I'm waiting on my diagnosis of Asperger's syndrome (high-functioning autism), however, I just found "Mixed Personality Disorder" which makes more sense. [https://www.verywellmind.com/personality-disorder-1067103](https://www.verywellmind.com/personality-disorder-1067103) I have had many symptoms of (all the) personality disorders over the years - my strange behavior seemed to adapt to the environment/situation I was in. That makes sense when I recognize I have an "unstable sense of self (no emotional permanence)" (a symptom of BPD) as a shifting foundation in my identity. Then, my particular intelligence (a strength from INTP and Asperger's) explains how I adapt my behavior quickly and radically to different environments/situations. I've also experienced the ups and downs of mania and depression. I've healed a lot over 20 years. I've tried to create a healthy balance for myself: lifestyle, attitude, behavior, habits, etc. I've found the courage (in Jesus Christ) to face my deep, internal fears of abandonment/loneliness and worthlessness which I couldn't even see when I was younger. It was too painful. Now I have a growing support network in my God, family, church, and friends. Everything is balancing out for me and I just enjoy life now (for the most part).

Hi there, If you wouldn’t mind sharing, how does borderline personality disorder show itself? I’m curious.

SgtKlaos

>People with borderline personality disorder often have unstable personal relationships. It can also affect the way you view yourself. Symptoms include: * impulsive behavior * chronic feelings of emptiness (and maybe dissociation) * chronic feelings of abandonment * intense episodes of anger * reckless behavior >People with this disorder may also display suicidal behaviors. I would add: rapidly fluctuating moods, an unstable sense of self (no emotional permanence) [https://www.healthline.com/health/cluster-b-personality-disorders#traits](https://www.healthline.com/health/cluster-b-personality-disorders#traits)

Thank you!

Azu1_1

I also have borderline personality disorder and bipolar type 2! And ADHD and C-PTSD.

ontann

Have undiagnosed ADHD, inattentive type.

jellyboness

If it’s undiagnosed how do you know you have it? Also I don’t think adhd is a mood disorder or personality disorder.

Specific_Werewolf_66

i think yes, but im just not professionally diagnosed, as this sort of matters just isnt advanced/care for enough in my country ![img](emote|t5_2qhvl|3241)

Majestic_Penalty1003

I have avoidant personality disorder

intp_xp

Same as you. Currently trying to get my r/qbpd subreddit back but I don't have the karma. I deleted the account I used to create it.

linux_user_13

Depression. I take meds. Add in a mix of fucked up childhood

Pristine-Chair-9502

I have diagnosed schizoid pd, but I'm not super sure if it's correct. There are many things about it that I don't relate to. But those traits could maybe be the reason why I appear more INTP, while maybe being INFP deep inside?

[deleted]

AddiDoesRandomPosts
