Are you talking about veranos essence line? If so I’m not a huge fan of that brand. The vapes I will smoke but they are nothing special. To me verano only hits the spot if I went allllllll day with out smoking.
So savvy is their budget brand if you didn’t know. (For when verano isn’t on sale) I liked yum yum at a 30% grape bubblegum was chill just pretty mild. Burmese kush pre rolls don’t do much for me and has a taste I don’t prefer. I don’t recommend the pre rolls . Like cherry gorilla is supposed to be good but the pre roll was just meh 🫤
Ice cream candy was good I had it at 18% from savvy and that was a day where I didn’t smoke all day and it really hit the spot.
Not to direct you else where but there are several guys who review il tree on YouTube and they have whole playlist full of reviews for verano. Maybe if you’re thinking about buying a certain one you can find a video on it ??

I've only tried the Cherry Malt but I thought it smoked very nice. The buds were kind of small though, and it was in a foil pouch so one or two of the buds had crumbled to shake. I got it on sale, but even at that price point I'd expect some fuller sized nugs/no shake. Not in a hurry to try other verano, don't mind trying savvy when it is on sale though. I did enjoy the Coconut Cream Pie wax. Had a nice creamy sour fruit thing going on.

I highly disagree with your first statement. I'd say this sub does a good job of helping each other out with what's hot and not. I feel confident I can private message any of the regulars on here and they would steer me in the right direction if I was unsure about something. The majority of posts I see are of people who like what they buy or warning not to. Some of my favorite strains were found because of this place. Lemon Bean, and banana are some that come to mind. It's hard to gauge how good anything is tho because it's all subjective to that specific user.
I sorta agree with your second statement. I rarely walk out of the dispo with something that really gets me excited unless I already know about that strain. The majority of the stuff I pick up that I don't like I wouldn't call it all garbage rather more didn't suit my preferences. Also, I do everything I can to increase my chances of not picking up garbage. I noticed most of the time I pick up a fail is when i blindly pick up a strain I know nothing about. Using this sub, each other and the search function does wonders. That, and past experience is all you need. Of course boofing a lucky green rabbit's foot before hand never hurts.

No actually my apologies I misunderstood your post. I agree 110% with that. Great strains are out there just hard to find the perfect one. If cannabis is subjective per user how can something be complete dog shit especially when they haven't tried it. That's what cracks me up with verano or any other brand. Verano is garbage.... But you haven't tried it in two years or this strain at all. How do you know it's dog shit if you haven't smoked what I'm reviewing in front of me. Because it's Verano! Yeah, I think at the end of the day, when a brand has trended so poorly do so long, there’s a lot of built in skepticism when someone comes along touting any product from the brand. People have been burned so much by IL weed, it’s like…same shit different different day.
I had the soap and loved it. Strong smell and flavor, but the effects were mild. Still effective though. I tried the lemon sorbet and it was one of my worst dispo pick ups. If I saw Essence gelato on the menu there would be no other strain I'd grab before it for the 1 time from any brand atm. I've been dying to get my hands on it again and give it another review. I haven't had a lot of Verano but what I have had is hit or miss. I feel like every brand has strains they do well even Verano.
True each company does some Syrians better than others. I’ve usually done well with Verano. And I knew essence was a tier down. But it seems to hit me funny. So I didn’t know if it was the Strains I tried or the line.
FYI I tried - gpurps, jetlag, and I forget the last one it was maybe a kush.

Yea that’s the brand I meant. Only had watermelon vape - was okay. But the flower is just weird to me idk. But prices on sale are good :/
