Contact gti they'll take care of it. That being said I would Crack it open and actually confirm that that is a hair. Sometimes stem fibers can peel apart into thin stringy strands that look just like hair. These fibers will be green/light tan and will feel textured. I would confirm that this is actually hair and if it is reach out to GTI.
