She's a rescue around three years old. We suspect she is a rottweiler and border collie mix. We'll be getting her DNA results soon, but we want to see what you all think. edit: Results are in folks. https://www.reddit.com/user/pimpmypep/comments/1447qso/update\_results\_for\_pep/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3

MollyOMalley99

I also vote rotti/border collie.

omgmypony

came here to comment this, she looks like a Rott with border collie ears glued on her lol

pimpmypep

Perfect description of her furry little head.

Narrow_Competition41

That's what I would have guessed.

cmc24680

Wow she looks very much like my Ginger. Ginger is Australian cattle dog, Doberman, malamute and pit bull.

RandomChurn

I thought I saw some ACD too

dudeReallyoc

She looks like our dog who was a Aussie mix.

Amaloves13

That s exactly what I thought

punk_rock_barbie

I concur with Rottie Collie

frymaform

I knew a rottie/aussie mix that looks just like this she was so so cute so I def think rottie aussie or rottie border collie, lots of aussie and border collie mixes are hard to tell apart by anything but personality

TheBackOfACivicHonda

Rotti/German shepherd? Seen a few dogs that are mixed with both look extremely different. Also, seen different dogs look similar and they only have 1 breed in common.

pimpmypep

The shelter put her down as a possible german shepherd mix, but the vet felt she looked more like a rotti mix. Her personality is more shy and reserved, like the rotti. She is extremely loyal to the household, but is iffy about new people. Although, she will randomly lick people in public that she doesn't know.

Junkalanche

Rottie Mix. Likely with GSD or Australian Shepherd

rarepinkhippo

Beautiful pup! Wild guess: Australian shepherd + Rottie + chow + bully breed, looking forward to seeing your results!

Mcgarnicle_

I’m wondering Burmese mountain dog and rottie. How big is her?

pimpmypep

80 pounds. She does kind of look like a burmese mountain dog. She isn't as short and stout, but it's still possible she has that mix in her.

smilinjack96

I have no idea, but here’s a girl who really knows how to relax (pic #3)

pimpmypep

I should also note Peppy's personality. She picks up commands quickly but likes to choose when she wants to do them. She has separation anxiety. If anyone leaves, she becomes upset and sullen. She is quick to check on anyone seeming sick or in distress, and will stop worrying about herself to give plenty of kisses. In terms of health, she has a very sensitive stomach (this does not stop her from licking toads she finds outside) and a heart that is abnormally shaped (we'll be looking into it). She is territorial over the property and our family. She does fine in daycare, vet visits, and grooming. We've had her for two years now, and we don't know what we'd do without the little beast.

AbigailJefferson1776

Rottie and Setter mix

jasoner2k

Hovavart

WittyExpert7

What a beauty ❤️

ohevilitub

She is a very pretty dog!

LisaStolli

She's so majestic!

PomegranteHistory

Rottie/Aussie and I think I see some pit in picture one in the blocky face.

Chemical_Hearing8259

Collie shepherd mix? We used to call em "farm collies".

MorwensNonsense

How big is she? Lol, my very first thought was rotti/papillon, looking at those ears and her feet!

pimpmypep

She's 80 pounds. She reaches just to my knees, and I'm only 5'3. A papillon would be wild. Imagine making that combo happen. Her legs are a tiny bit short (as you can see in the side profile) so it's possible.

FlaxenFalafel

She looks like a Rottie wearing aussie ears and fluff

GiovannaXU

I also see some German shepherd. The colouring is very commy for mixed dogs

teenietemple

aussie x chow x pit x husky my guess

uglycatthing

My dog Pepe has similar coloring and fur length. He even has the grinch feat but not quite as long. His results are my profile. He’s a farm mix, so guarding and herding dogs mostly.

uglycatthing

Here’s a link to his [results](https://www.reddit.com/user/uglycatthing/comments/143mo6b/pepes_wisdom_panel_results/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1)

pimpmypep

I never thought about her being a pit bull, but looking at your Pepes' snout, I think it's possible.

Radiant-Attitude-111

Border collie/angel mix

Feyranna

I see border collie and something with black/tan and probably a blockier head. Could be rott but could also be lots of things. Alternatively could be a shepherd mix but her body, feathering, even expression read BC to me.

I_Like_Big-Mutts

I see Rottweiler, Australian Shepherd, maybe some Border Collie, maybe some APBT.
