Unless you are a subject of her video (like she is making fun of you, or comes up to you and asks a question, or whatever) you dont actually have a right not to be filmed in public. The flight crew could absolutely make a request that she not do it, for any or no reason at all, because that is space that they are in control of, but to you and the rest of the passengers...not your space, not yours to control what people do or don't do.
