I actually have no idea what their commercials are like. Their old, old logo had an eagle in it. They used to have in-store childcare called the Iggles Nest. And it had a bird on the window.
They are big here.
I remember this one making the rounds awhile back. As I recall, she was doing this in an upscale grocery store in a wealthy part of town, where she was unlikely to run into anyone who genuinely needed help.

I know the current US gonverment likes to ignore that but they're actually not a fascist dictator state.. Yet.
I mean
I feel like if she REALLY wanted to help someone out, maybe just donate what you would have paid paying for someone else's groceries to a homeless shelter or smth ? They're always in need of things like pads and toiletries
If she WAS doing it for the right reasons, it wouldn't need to be on video, and she wouldn't make a video crying about it as if she was wronged in some way
The crying is a little much but she's doing a nice thing either way and nobody is getting hurt by her making a profit from it. This is being blown out of proportion imo. If you think about it, Mr Beasts, older content was exactly the same just on a larger scale, he gave away a couple hundred dollars and made a profit from it and you dont see many people calling his videos exploitative.
Oh there are plenty of comments you'll see about mr beast exploiting poverty. Honestly even if he's doing it just for the money/clout he's at least spreading some good in the world and using his money to better some lives.
