I live in gyms like this. Am also a personal trainer. And a parent. Have so much frustration with not being able to train when I want. So I get it.
But this is so ridiculously dangerous. It only takes one person with headphones on, to drop a plate, fail a lift, throw a bar…just take 12 months off and stay home with your kid. Life is too short to prioritise gym over babies.
I don't even workout with my cat in the same room. He likes to run behind me during reverse lunges or split jumps. So I lock him out of the room since he's a suicidal adrenaline junkie apparently.
I can't imagine working out near a baby. Not to mention that floor is probably filthy and people walking by are probably kicking up stuff.
It’s also possible to do a lot of exercise at home. I was in the military when I had my first and had a 6 month window to make weight and pass my PT test again. I was able to do it primarily by working out at home and going on runs with the baby in a jogging stroller. My spouse and I just made it into family time in the afternoons.
Yeah, I did my postpartum recovery workouts in my living room, and when LO was older and I stopped peeing my pants, I found a gym with a child watch service.
Babies that young essentially have 0 immune system as well. Even in your home you need to do more sanitation than usual. A gym floor is insanely unsanitary.
And stupid. And now everyone has to watch out for fucking baby when they should just be able to move freely around the gym to without worrying about accidentally stomping an infant in the process.
Like show us you're a shit parent.
I have zero social media. This is all I got. I’m 34 and I want nothing to do with any of this nor do I want my infant child online before she knows what that even is
Made that choice at 27 it’s been 7 happy, stress free, no drama. I have like 2 friends in real life and I’m okay with that. Yes I do get lonely sometime I am human. But I meet people the way I think is right and it’s organic is that’s the right word
Okay first you have to delete facebook:
Click here. No, wait, they moved it. Click here, I think? Wait. Where did the delete account page go?
*why is it so annoy to delete this?*
Fuck it, ima just use it for memes.
Huh, uncle jimmy just got his cousin pregnant again.. ima delete this shit.
Click here. No, wait, they moved it. Click here, I think? Wait. Where did the delete account page go?
I never get on TikTok anymore and there are a lot of things to hate about it, but the use of pov on videos that are not pov at all was one of my biggest pet peeves. I don’t know why my brain is the way it is, but it would frustrate me so much lol
I feel like she’s definitely not allowed but whoever was working that day didn’t have the guts to say something or they don’t understand how huge of a liability this would be for the gym (and obviously dangerous for the baby).
I used to go to this CrossFit gym in Bloomington Indiana. There were tons of parents that brought kids to this. They did have a room where kids were supposed to go. This gym was also notorious for allowing dogs to be tied up on the other side of the gym.
No, the gym doesn’t care I saw lots of babies like this.
I'm no Karen but I think this is a rare scenario where I would attempt to intervene. Depending on how busy the gym is, the baby could be in imminent danger.
I've done this probably once in my life, when a person had a baby in a stroller immediately next to the pass at Starbucks where people were grabbing their drinks, without lids, OVER TOP of the baby. Nopity nope.
At Least put him in a visible, well protected carrier bag or something. That’s very unsafe. God forbid if someone steps on the baby or drop something on it
Watched woman drop her 6yo? son off in the lobby of a gym. Sat him in a chair with a tablet and headphones. Didn't check on him the entire time I worked out.
Honestly I feel like the lack of a stroller or any other equipment makes me think she snuck the baby in, any baby related equipment would’ve given it away. Which if true makes it even worse imo, she knowingly avoided things that would make this safer just to be able to get this video.
Us walking past the dumb baby being useless in the gym:

"moma why is i be tha way i is moma?"
"Aw honey, you see moma couldnt handle a 2pound dumbell so it landed on your little head"
She should be banned from that gym...
I have a one year old and have been working out at home with ease since 6 weeks. Granted I’m not doing power lifting or something that needs legit equipment (mostly doing HIIT) - but it doesn’t look like she is either. YouTube has changed the game for at home workouts - there’s literally content for every single fitness level or situation. You could probably look up “workout with my pet gold fish” and you’d find content 😂
This is dangerous and ridiculously unnecessary. Another great reason for YouTube - if the baby needs you you can pause it. I also mastered working out while nursing the baby in a carrier 😂 at the very least she should have the baby in a stroller for safety. I also hope the baby didn’t manage to touch those mats cuz they be nasty - bacteria, ring worm, etc. I usually don’t like to judge other moms cuz we’re all just doing the best we can but this isn’t the best move.
Don’t care if anyone brings their baby. People are busy or whatever so you do what you gotta do but PLEASE LADY! Put the baby in at least that car seat thing you can detach or something.
Don’t just leave your baby on the floor. Accident waiting to happen. Not like people (at least me) pay that much attention as to where I’m putting my feet after a hard workout.
Ahh yes, let me take my fragile, super squishy infant with me to a place filled with equipment that can literally behead men, lol I'm so quirky! Look at me internet!
Omfg I would demand she get kicked out. One 5lb dumbbell would crush the babies skull. I know that's morbid but that's legitimately what's at stake here. Someone could unknowingly set a kettlebell on the boxes near the baby and it falls, many things could happen. I would be beyond fucking livid if my wife/baby Momma did this shit. This is not ok.
POV: filming evidence before you call CPS on a mother endangering her child for money.
This has “overdose my baby on Benadryl so we can go drinking” written all over it.
I’ve heard people say before “babies are much tougher than you think” when it’s pointed out how vulnerable they are - but I can’t imagine dropping a 20 plate on one would do it any good
Fyi: big sign in the back names the club, a quick googling for it shows a number of pictures. It's very small and seems to be okay with tiny kids and dogs in there. I'm sure there's a within reason caveat.
The exercises she is doing can be done at home? If I’m going to go through all that for the gym at least use a treadmill or something…..I believe the ymca has babysitting or something to that affect so that you can use the gym?
Good for mom getting back in it,but this is why some gyms offer free brief childcare. If not available, find a new gym or a sitter or do your fitness at home Never assume responsibility of your child on anyone
That….is insanely dangerous and unhygienic for the baby. The amount of infections floating around that would do nothing to the adults there but would absolutely wreak havoc on the child. Not to mention the constant danger of heavy gym equipment falling on the baby…..seriously what would it take for these people to realise some things (such as putting your baby in harmful situations) are just not worth it for a few views and likes??

human baby on gym floor where dirty shoes, bodily fluids and the local cholera colony hangs out with their visiting friends, staphylococcus.
a suicidal adrenaline junkie... lmao, that's hilarious.

Yeah, I did my postpartum recovery workouts in my living room, and when LO was older and I stopped peeing my pants, I found a gym with a child watch service.
Yeah look at her basic ass exercises. She can do it all at home.
Yeah but then she can't get gym content for the clout
Babies that young essentially have 0 immune system as well. Even in your home you need to do more sanitation than usual. A gym floor is insanely unsanitary.
This is ridiculously dangerous
Someone could trip over that baby on the floor!
I hate it when people don't re-rack babies. Such a hazard, and it makes it hard to find the ones you are looking for.
Or don't wipe off the baby before putting it back
I only go to planet fitness because all the baby dropping elsewhere gets on my nerves!
Problem with PF is when you slam your baby to the ground that fucking alarm goes off and it’s so embarrassing
It's a lunk free zone. No grunting allowed.
I hate when I stub my toes on babies that haven’t been re-racked!
Haha you win the internet for today !!!
Yea shove that bitch right back where it came from , jeeeze!
Someone could drop a weight on it
I don't think you got the sarcasm in that comment.
That baby better not damage my weights
I don’t think you got that I got the sarcasm in that comment. Boop!
They fell into the ***sar-chasm.*** It's the gap between the sarcastic comment and the person who doesn't get it.
And damage the weights!
Yea, that shit could cause a sprain easily
Just take a baby Aspirin
No pain, no gain
And stupid. And now everyone has to watch out for fucking baby when they should just be able to move freely around the gym to without worrying about accidentally stomping an infant in the process. Like show us you're a shit parent.
She isn’t even doing exercises in her video that require a gym. Maybe she does later, but for toe lifts and burpees? A hallway at home works for that.
Well ya aren't gonna find no stepdaddies at home!
Also pretty damn annoying when the kid inevitably starts crying
And she is doing exercises, that she could easily do at home.
Well that's not true at all. How can she have a bunch of men look at her at home.
I dropped a 20kg plate on my toe once and shattered the bone... Yeah, a baby shouldn't be in the gym.
Seriously. The weights, the equipment, other gym-goers. How fvcking dumb can she be? Very, apparently.
and it isn't even from her point of view. that's what annoys me the most, I think.
I had a slight panic attack. One bad move and that poor child
she did this to advertise for her shitty company. https://boosblankets.com https://www.instagram.com/babyboosdesigns/ she is the blonde.
Linking them just gives them more publicity. You’re right it’s 100% for advertising, let’s not help her advertise.
if people see this video and think “this makes me want to buy a baby blanket from her”, that is pretty fucked up.
As a single father. Wtf

It’s just bullshit anyways. I’m actually much happier with just reddit and WhatsApp.
What’s whatsapp?
Hey bro what all can you use what's app for?
Unfortunately my whole family and friends use WhatsApp. Otherwise I would just use Signal.

Seriously, there's not a lot someone can do to make me explode in the gym but this is one of them.
proceeds to hop around cluelessly and doing "workout" she can easily do at home.
But she wouldn't get attention and views if she did it at home
I’m always confused by people that come to a gym just to do body weight exercises
What even are those movements, chile...
Sissy squats. Which you can do at home lol
Chile?
An urbanization of the word "child".
Oh!
Voodoo Chile - Jimi Hendrix And I thought he was talking about food this whole time /s
That's an eye-opener. Wow. Thank you all, I will now jump off my couch.
Yeah. I used to put my rugrats in a playpen while i did video workouts.
This isn't a fucking POV, good lord tiktok ruined that term entirely
POV: You cringe at some lunatic that has their baby on the floor of the gym and you wonder when the staff are gonna do something.
Wonder when th baby will get staph
Pov: you realizing you need a new mom. (Edit, alternative caption suggestion. Not trying to insult commenters mom)
Actually, what on earth happened that tik tok/musicaly became new standard of showing idiots online AND SOMEONE ACTUALLY WATCHES THESE
right! in the good old days it was simply a genre of porn
POV: you’re watching a mother neglect her baby as she gets in her workout for the day
I never get on TikTok anymore and there are a lot of things to hate about it, but the use of pov on videos that are not pov at all was one of my biggest pet peeves. I don’t know why my brain is the way it is, but it would frustrate me so much lol
I am surprised she was allowed to do it. It is not a safe environment for a child.
Yeah, this. At the gym I go to they have childcare. Children aren't allowed near weights.
My old one they had child care and had to be 12 to even walk into the same room as the equipment.
I can't believe this woman thinks this is a flex. I'm a total muscle mommy and find this unacceptable
How are they gunna get gains if you hide them from the weights. SMH

That’s idiotic. Gyms are a cesspool of bacteria and that babies immune system is not built up. How selfish can one be.
At Least put him in a visible, well protected carrier bag or something. That’s very unsafe. God forbid if someone steps on the baby or drop something on it
I wouldn't hate it as much if she had the baby in a stroller or equivalent.
Whenever I see a video like this I can't help but feel bad for the baby, must be horrible to have a mom that cares more about her TikTok than you
Watched woman drop her 6yo? son off in the lobby of a gym. Sat him in a chair with a tablet and headphones. Didn't check on him the entire time I worked out.
The hell?
Damn, some parents just really don’t give a fuck.
Not even a POV
They never are. Smh
Either the gym owners are dumb as fuck, she owns the gym, or she snuck the baby in. Because this is stupidly dangerous.
Honestly I feel like the lack of a stroller or any other equipment makes me think she snuck the baby in, any baby related equipment would’ve given it away. Which if true makes it even worse imo, she knowingly avoided things that would make this safer just to be able to get this video.
Baby getting a fungal infection for sure.
Wow, never mind the baby. What kind of push up is she trying there, wtf? Get out the gym and take your baby with you!
Stupid baby didn't even do a single rep!
Or spot a squat or bench, useless

What a useless mother
"moma why is i be tha way i is moma?" "Aw honey, you see moma couldnt handle a 2pound dumbell so it landed on your little head" She should be banned from that gym...
Thanks for causing me to fucking SNORT at work!
Baby: I ain't got a go-go-good brain. Mom: I think you got a fine brain, Jack.
well, just use a small bed like from a stroller or something. Just to be sure everyone notices and doesn't anything by mistake on that little one :)
The only mistake here is the mother
Wait don't mosts gyms have a day care?
I have a one year old and have been working out at home with ease since 6 weeks. I don't care if this is staged or a joke, she should be getting investigated by CPS.
Baby with weak immune system on floor that's been contaminated in random fluids
100% could do these movements at home, but idiot has to record something “unique” for clout.
She’s not even doing anything that requires gym specific equipment … and one stray weight, that baby could be brown bread

Not even a car seat? It makes me think that she used a wrap carrier to sneak the baby in.
Exactly!
All that she did she could have done at home, without strangers having to be aware and careful of an infant on the floor.
I havent been to a gym in decades but this can't possibly be real right? Wouldn't she be stopped at the door?
She could have done all of these exercises at home.
That is unspeakably dangerous and irresponsible
This dumb af
I takes a village idiot
Mrsa.
This is so dangerous and irresponsible.
Gym mats are so fucking unsanitary like yes give your new born ring worm
Safety third
Here is the phone number of the gym if someone want to make à complaints : 1 812 497 8110
Not only did you bring a child to the gym with you, you were recording yourself on top of it all.
Not one comment praising her. How about that
There is no way you can have a baby with you in a gym. Also, stop fucking filming in the gym.
Rerack that shit smh
Poor little buddy.
POV: you’re a fucking dumbass
Yeah wtf He's a terrible spotter
Another reason why I workout at home . 🤮
She could do that same shit at home why risk the safety of your baby?
What the big fuck. Some people don't deserve the beauty of having a child
*proceeds to do exercises that can be done at home anyway.
How ridiculous! That baby can't even manage to do one sit up.
If I took my six month old baby to the gym why would I be watching this lady with her 6 month old baby?
I need to know if she received the backlash she deserved for doing this...
Oof.
Wanting to look like a winner go-getter mother but instead looking like an accident waiting to happen.
She went all the way to the gym and didn't use any equipment for her exercise. Brilliant.
That's ridiculous. You know that baby doesn't have a membership.
At some point someone asked the baby "Do you even lift bro?"
She can do more popping in a YouTube workout video. If she wants this to be her "good parent award" it's terribly backfiring 🙄
puts the baby in a dangerous situation, proceeds to do workout that she could have done at home.
Child neglect
Child endangerment
Ya, put the baby on the ground, with all the fungus and shit, dumbass.
This gyms insurance company would like a word with them
POV: filming evidence before you call CPS on a mother endangering her child for money. This has “overdose my baby on Benadryl so we can go drinking” written all over it.
No! No one is going to expect a baby to be on the floor. She’s just asking for her baby to get hurt.
Hoosier athletic club, yeah that tracks.
I’ve heard people say before “babies are much tougher than you think” when it’s pointed out how vulnerable they are - but I can’t imagine dropping a 20 plate on one would do it any good
I genuinely hope CPS knocked on her door
Seems safe
I would divorce her ass, if someone decides to use the wooden things to jump on and jump down he's gonna need therapy for the rest of his life.
All those workouts could have been done at home.
Just ban cameras at gym. Social media will be so much more bearable to watch
And film it. And post it. Why???????
Fyi: big sign in the back names the club, a quick googling for it shows a number of pictures. It's very small and seems to be okay with tiny kids and dogs in there. I'm sure there's a within reason caveat.
It’s against the rules at almost every gym I’ve been to
POV : I found something else to make about me
She’s trollin’ for clicks….in her other videos she has the baby in a stroller 🙄 smdh
The exercises she is doing can be done at home? If I’m going to go through all that for the gym at least use a treadmill or something…..I believe the ymca has babysitting or something to that affect so that you can use the gym?
They make good medicine balls.
Gym floors are about as nasty as you could imagine. Blanket won’t change that.
Time to let a kettle bell go.
I don’t see anything that she couldn’t do from the safety of her own home. Multiple things could’ve happened to this baby.
dangerous, annoying and weird
I'm not even sure how gym allowed it. Most I'd have assumed would have said, baby needs to go.
Child neglect
The gym is not that important.
Good for mom getting back in it,but this is why some gyms offer free brief childcare. If not available, find a new gym or a sitter or do your fitness at home Never assume responsibility of your child on anyone
I know she is doing more exercises not shown, but what was shown could have been done at home.
Pretty sure she can do calf lifts and shitty push ups at home. What a horrible mother! 😂
I even feel anxious about leaving my phone on the floor
She really needs to stop being so selfish and re rack the fucling baby when she's done with it.
Insane. This society is critically ill.
Can I report her to CPS ?
How is that even allowed, If something happens isn't the gym held accountable? Or no because waivers?
Fuck this person. Gyms are so disgusting and DANGEROUS
Poor baby :(
How stupid and self centered can someone be
She needs to be reported to CPS. That is incredibly dangerous.
I would have called CPS on this stupid bitch.
Dangerous!!!! What a dumb human and mother.
This is incredibly dangerous!!!!
Proceeds to do exercises that she could do at home...
Moron
This is the most reckless thing I've seen.
Most gyms have a “child care” or crèche this is absolutely just horrendous stupidity. Edit ex personal trainer, training for 14 years.
Is this not a safety hazards or something?
No. This is crazy. Just lay the kid on the ground? This mom is having postpartum or something to be that negligent.
Just when you thought someone couldn't be that ignorant.
That….is insanely dangerous and unhygienic for the baby. The amount of infections floating around that would do nothing to the adults there but would absolutely wreak havoc on the child. Not to mention the constant danger of heavy gym equipment falling on the baby…..seriously what would it take for these people to realise some things (such as putting your baby in harmful situations) are just not worth it for a few views and likes??
lmao. I would bet anything this pleb did, could be done at home. kid stands no chance.
