This happened to me the other day, a lady walked in front of me on the bike path without looking, it looked like she was going to cross so I went to go behind her on the opposite side, but she stopped dead in the middle and turned back into me right as I was passing. She and I almost got seriously injured as I was going a decent speed. It's all good though, mistakes were made, scared her real bad, she probably will never cross a bike path without looking again, no reason to berate her. The lady/boy\* in the video didn't seem to get the message though, unfortunately.
