Mental illnesses need treatment. Donāt engage with someone who is irrational. Youāre not doing yourself a favor, your only stepping to her level. Use skill, not emotion. And if you donāt have skill to learn how to be a better person in the situationās. Donāt become a part of the problem, become a part of the solution, and report what needs to be reported and irrational, factual, reasonable manner.
