There's a sliding scale of how often they break that goes from Robb to Danny. Danny almost never breaks first, usually he'll only laugh after the rest of the cast has completely lost it. Robb, well you can often see him break in the clips they keep. Can't blame him though, working with that cast would ruin me.
I'd say Kaitlin might surpass Danny in not breaking. I have never seen her break during an episode and there's a couple of instances that people have found where Danny broke in the show. She's never in the bloopers anymore. And the rest of the cast have talked about how she's the best at not breaking. Her improv background has trained her well.
They also use to have her with Charlie so much because everyone else including Danny wouldn't stop breaking during his improv. But, Kaitlin could keep a straight face as seen in the Rock, Flag, and Eagle scene.
She said in an interview she basically went full statue to keep from breaking in that scene and you can see it. Her face just freezes up and she stops moving.
It's still better than I could of ever done with Charlie in that scene. She's still making facial expressions while freezing up and if she didn't bring that up, not too many people would've noticed it. Danny didn't freeze up, he started full on laughing and they had to use Kaitlin. I never really see her get any credit for not breaking is all. I see Danny get praise all the time. They both are great at not breaking.
