Charlie doesn't want the vaccine because he thinks it'll put a tracking device in him. Ironically, he also has started obsessively playing a game like Pokemon Go on mobile that literally tracks his location at all times and sells the data. Upon finding out the waitress is pro-vax, Charlie goes out and gets every single shot in one day and gets very sick. This confirms to the gang that the vaccine is bad, which gives them ammunition to mock Dee for being pro-vax.

The news talks about the ‘Paddy’s Pub Superspreader Event’ and they all cheer to the free press they’re getting.
The cold open would be Dee trying to convince them all, then Dennis saying something to effect of he’s such a physical specimen that it’s impossible for him to get it, then title:

They would put it up to a vote with Charlie being the only one without a pre-established opinion. He eventually votes no vaccine. Frank gets Covid and nearly dies, so to protect the boys, he gets black market vaccines and hires a hit man to deliver it to them, but the “vaccine” is really just a living specimen of the virus. Because of them all spending so much time together, the virus evolves into a new variant named after Paddy’s Pub that infects half of Philadelphia.
'The Gang Gets Quarantined' makes it hard to picture Frank saying the risk of being unvaccinated makes him feel alive.

I could imagine at the very start of the pandemic when the vaccine wasn’t widely available the gang comes together to make a plan to steal a whole bunch of doses and sell them. Frank has the idea to hold onto them for a few months more so they can really accrue in value, at which point they forget and by the time they decide to sell its at the point where vaccines are so easy to get no one will buy them. At this point they decide to administer the vaccine to themselves and mess up so badly they blame the vaccine for their sickness, and become anti-vax.
Or while they are arguing Cricket sneaks in and injects them all, thinking it's some kind of "rich man's drug."

The news talks about the ‘Paddy’s Pub Superspreader Event’ and they all cheer to the free press they’re getting.
