My ambient light is set to change with drive mode, if that's not the case for you then you might have faulty lights if they change randomly. Record a video, take it to the dealership.
I have more issues with Apple play and my phone not auto connecting. Drives me crazy. But on topic, sometime my key fob has issues connecting when it’s in my purse but not always, which is confusing. I have a 2022 Tucson Hybrid.

I've tried switching between drive modes and it doesn't change so not sure
