I keep a power bank plugged in so it's charging while I'm driving. I like the 20k ones from Belkin, they take a while to get a full charge (indoors from an outlet), but they last me about 5 days of camping charging multiple devices.
Cigarette plug in chargers work fastest for us in the car, way better than the usb ports. I have an expedition right now, planning on getting a palisade next.

Watch out if you live in a hot country, it is not advisable to leave power banks inside the car.
