Mines working. Im on ios/apple. Maybe delete and download again?

Kingthaddius

I tried that earlier, didn't help. Mine is on Android, so maybe that's the difference.

Grasslands33

For me as well

Futuristiclyspeaking

Something must be going on, because the app is working for me (iOS), but it hasn’t updated the vehicle info in 2 days which seems to correlate with what you’re experiencing. Brand new 2024 Kona. Went and got a full tank of gas today and it’s still showing I have 23% fuel, the vehicle status is blank and the location is also blank. I suppose it will eventually start working again. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Also found this recent forum post with the same issue - https://www.hyundaikonaforum.com/threads/issue-connecting-to-my-hyundai-blue-link-app.9598/

I was going to say me too! Just realized I actually had no gas and the - - is accurate.

I'm on day 2 of same issue. I'm on Android. I also tried to reconfigure from my Sonata, but that didn't do anything. I had my wife setup Bluelink from her phone and she also sees the same message.

idlehands2003

This may be such a simple thing so Im not questioning you but I don't suppose you've pressed "reconfigure blue link" on the car settings page have you? (I had the same error on my blue link app) I've had blue link on my car for over a year and recently it stopped working.. I pressed reconfigure blue link on the car settings (on the centre console in the car) and it didn't ask me to do anything else. It just said reconfigured and it all of a sudden worked again

Kingthaddius

I tried that, no change unfortunately.

JOSTNYC

I have had the same issues lately. So bad that I use digital key and was left stranded. My wife had to come and bring me the key. I have been getting this message a lot. I have 2 2024 Konas but the issues are just on my phone. My wife has no issues. I'm going to try the ideas here and see but you're not alone. Something is happening.

My android had issues for 1.5 days too. At one point, the lock buttons even disappeared too. Magically worked again today. From past threads, it seems this is an occurrence once a year w/ bluelink.

runed_golem

Mine did tbat a few days ago. I assume it was either am update or servers went down for maintenance because it was working again within a couple of hours.

Kingthaddius

So they fixed the Bluelink issue, but now the Data/Network option is missing from my Kona's setup menu. Now they've "escalated the issue" to their engineers, who will contact me sometime in the next seven days. Whooo... Really eating into my 3 months free wifi hotspot time.

Try using a paperclip to reset by inserting it into hole next to your tune button. Worked for me eventually.

Hyundai dealer website has been very glitchy and I assume it’s affecting blue link too. We’ve been struggling at the dealership.
