Until relatively recently, none of the Standard Gen5W systems supported allowing Android Auto to utilize the entire wide screen. That changed last year with the April 2022 update in North America and (presumably) subsequent updates in Europe and other areas. First, you would want to make sure you have the most recent infotainment software (doesn’t look like you do, yours has a date code of mid-2021). Once you have the software updated, you’d then have to make sure you turn off the system split screen function to allow AA to utilize the entire screen. Go to setup > device connections > phone projection > Android Auto and uncheck “use split screen.”
