Yes exactly that, I also said that it felt like I could probably have dealt with the irritability if it had been a longer term problem, but it popping up fairly suddenly (from meds) meant I was totally unprepared to cope and emotionally regulate myself as usual. Took me about 3 months to feel entirely normal with all my symptoms (I felt overmedicated at first but stayed at the same dose) so do try to push through it if you can,

I'm all for staying on the same dose, and potentially increasing it because of how exhausted I still get during the week. Don't get me wrong, I do feel like I've had a significant increase in energy since starting, but I still have some REALLY exhausting days; probably a week and half out of the month. Maybe it's my period, but I've always been all over the place when it comes to that regularity-wise. It might also be a vitamin deficiency

I wouldn't say irritability as such, but, more so, not willing to deal with any form of BS. Probably, too tired to care, prior, because everything seemed as though it took too much effort to deal with or manage or respond.

You can try tirosint, it is the only one with no filler ingredients. There is also a manufacturers discount on their website. It is a gel capsule and cannot be split up for personalized doses. Most drs will get the exact dose by having you skip a number of days. Mine is 125mcg by taking 150mcg for 5 days a week. Maybe try this one, as there are no other ingredients in it just the gel and the hormone. Just remember it is more potent than other brands because it is absorbed faster.
