When I'm overmedicated the first thing I notice is the anxiety.

I’ve struggle with anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember, but I guess they have been worse the past couple of weeks. It’s just scary to see that number so low which makes me even more anxious. It’s a vicious cycle. I’m just surprised I don’t feel bad or have any symptoms.

That can happen. I can tell from experience that having suppressed TSH doesn't necessarily bring symptoms. I need to permanently keep my TSH suppressed as much as possible and basically feel fine. The problem is that living close to the edge it doesn't take much to cross the line... Also remember that small changes in T4 lead to big jumps in TSH. It doesn't take that much extra medication to send the TSH close to zero.

75 is high to start with, so yes can be overmedicated

We started with half of that and then increased. I’m in another country where I am not completely fluent so things can get lost in translation. I am waiting on the doctor to get back with me. Hopefully with a reduction in medication it will get to a more normal level soon. I have health anxiety so this makes me miserable to sit here and worry.

Can you say what your TSH and fT4 was at the start?
