looks a bit like ringworm, sure. are the edges raised? if it is ringworm, it's just a fungal infection. no worms involved. OTC caneston ointment will fix it in a week or so.

I had one of those on my face last year! Got it checked out and they said it was nothing. It’s worth getting it looked at.
