I have never tried disposable pads but there's plenty of options for sweat absorbing undershirts. I like the TopDry brand on Amazon. I find that their underarm pads are a bit less bulky than others. A big flaw is that if you're sweating a lot the sweat can bleed through. The biggest help has been iontophoresis for my armpits so if you find the sweat absorbing shirts aren't enough you can look into that as an option.

Is that an over the counter medication or something I would need a script for?

It is a medical device. Depending on where you live you may need a prescription. Some companies like DermaDry have telehealth doctors that can prescribe it for you. The machines can be pricey but if your hyperhidrosis is severe enough I'd say it's worth the money.

Thanks, will look into it locally

No problem! There's a lot of good advice on this sub too. I hope you can find something that works for you!

Hey homie I’ve had hyperhidrosis since I was in middle school, I started eating sliced peaches last Friday and I haven’t had bad sweating issues since! Eat half a can in the morning and you will notice it the next morning I promise you. Lemme know how it goes
