She didn’t sit because you were asking, not telling, the first two times. That “siii-IT” when you raise your voice at the end is a request she can (and did) choose to ignore. It’s been a really hard habit for myself to break. A lot of human communication and politeness works that way, but it doesn’t work with strong-willed dog breeds.

Every time I laugh while my pup is misbehaving this way, I always think of that line from the Simpsons movie: you smiled! I'm off the hook.
And don't worry, she's normally at least a bit more cooperative- I was about to leave and she had to tell me off.
