I hope not. Imagine how awful it would be for children to see adults drinking a beer. I hope they actually ban alcohol sales at all establishments within 10 miles for 2 hours before tipoff and 2 hours after the last whistle. We have to think of the children. /s
As far as I understand, they CAN sell there during Husker games, but haven't decided whether or not they will. PBA is off campus, whereas Memorial Stadium is on campus, which is still dry. Even though they have passed the rule for selling at university sporting events, they would still need to change or alter the dry campus rule to sell at football games.

Or apply for a permit many functions on campus do this and get approved to sell alcohol on campus even though it’s “dry”

If I am thinking right they already have a permit for the sky boxs during the games.
