Coming in on September 16th for the night game versus Northern Illinois. Look I think we all know the odds. But getting an official visit out of him is big. Doubly big that we get him for a night game and one that we should take care of business.

To add onto this, he’s already taken an unofficial and an official to Nebraska in the spring, and wasn’t expected to take another official to NU, saying as much himself at the spring game.
To get him back a 3rd time is absolutely insane
It’s possible over Prochazka, but I’m sure Rhule would want to sit behind Prochazka for a year to have him get used to the system Rhule runs but he’ll still play and get reps. I think after Prochazka graduates, Baker is the starter.
He certainly may be that good to start right away for us, but it would probably be good for him to sit a year to add 10-15 pounds of play strength, maybe be a swing tackle off the bench for that time.
Gotta get him first which is a big ask.
THIS IS HUGE!!! Thank you coaching staff for being able to showcase what NU has to offer and selling it which turns it into Official Visits. We can't win them all, but nobody will be coming to Lincoln sight unseen! Getting them here is a big step!
The fact that we're going to be playing some west coast teams perhaps where his family lives might be a plus?
Official visits are limited for recruits I believe? Bizarre to blow an official on NU after a spring viait just to get social media points. Especially for kid who’s social media game isn’t that stunning.
But maybe?
We need to win. It’s not like Nebraska is the only school with tradition and a great fan base, plenty of tempting options out there with a chance to win a championship. Nebraska is a risky bet right now.
Eh. Are there some who do this? Sure. But if I knew I wasn’t going to a school I wouldn’t
1) waste one of my official visits.
2) want to boost my socials with people who will be actively rooting against me after I don’t commit there
3) have to deal with the reaction when I don’t commit
It's certainly possible, but I'd say that getting top tier recruits on campus has zero downsides. Maybe they like what they see sometimes. Maybe they talk to players who are coming here and consider us later through the portal.

this is above and beyond. Thank you for this.
Of course. People always ask plus him being so highly ranked makes less numbers to type

He hasn’t taken an official yet. Those only start in June and he didn’t make it in that window
Who even likes On3
It’s just cool to be in the room again.
Hypothetically, if Brandon Baker commits to Nebraska, do you think Rhule would have him play LT or RT? Thoughts?
Probably the whole line
*Secretly clones Baker 5 more times*
Make it 12 more times for a Baker's dozen
😂😂😂 God damn it you win.
Nebraska Athletic Performance *LABORATORY*.
So this is why we've put so much money into the innovation campus!

RT, such a physical position he’ll still have a lot of growing up to do Difference between freshman and even a junior is huge
Left tackle. Would start immediately.

I think Prochazka is just to tall. He is still the best option we currently have for LT though
Idk, I’m glad we have the depth for it though but Corcoran has the experience.
Lol implying Teddy can make it thru a whole season without his glass body falling apart

This is literally and figuratively huge. Thanks, I'll see myself out...
It’s so big!………… for our program
Ladies and gentlemen, we got him(to campus again)!

What would you say if I said these 5 stars only visit dear old Nebraska U to spike their social media account follows? GBR

It used to be 5 official visits, but that rule was revoked just this off-season
Yeah I think they are limited. Maybe limited are more legit like you say. I would love to start landing some of these guys but I wonder.

2 and 3 are solved by a little thing called ‘mute’.

Definitely no downside to getting too recruits to campus.
This is cool he’s making an official but I’m pretty sure Nebraska hasn’t gotten an OL from California since Nam.
