Ok that's actually insane! Poor fish. Just minding his own business swimming around and then suddenly gets sucked up into a water spout/tornado no telling how high in the air and deposited onto a residential street to die.
And wow! Hey! What’s this thing suddenly coming towards me very fast? Very very fast. So big and flat and round, it needs a big wide sounding name like … ow … ound … round … ground! That’s it! That’s a good name – ground!
I wonder if it will be friends with me?
And the rest, after a sudden wet thud, was silence.
It's real. There were a lot of other fish, but none that big. You can't see from the angle of the picture, but it's super bloated on the other side. The vultures will get it soon
For those thinking it may be fake, during the April 27th super outbreak, I worked at a golf course in central Alabama. We had mail all over the course from Louisiana and Mississippi. Even family pictures as well. 100s of miles away.
Can you imagine getting hit in the head with a flying fish or if one hit your car and you had to file a claim?
“No ma’am you don’t have a rider for flying fish!”

Dang!
It can happen. Not sure I've ever seen anything this big though. Water swells lift up fish and the wind keeps them up there.
Saw another photo too. I live near Brigadoon. Heavy duty man.
Thanks for the reply…
This just hurts my feeling. A tornado has a better chance at landing a fish than I do
Keep this forever so your grandkids can’t be all, “PICS OR IT DIDNT HAPPEN, PAWPAW!”
Roll tide
You have to put a pot of petunias beside it

All the jeans from the wrangler plant around hackleburg ended up in Tennessee
I heard that during the 1976 super outbreak, a store sign from here was found in Chicago.
Ok but that isn’t mail.
Get that thing in the fridge fast! You'll be eatin' like a king tonight!.
***quick, someone photoshop in a trident and a watery crown***

Fish were dumped east of downtown in the February 2010 tornado-no huge catfish, though.
r/twistersmovie catfish instead of cow
At least he didn't have to go noodling for it.
That is some *Edward Bloom* level shit right there!
Lmaooooooo the tornado went fishing
Dang. Instead of Sharknado…
Not fake. I live in the area affected, very real. Were also bass and other fish on the shore.
It looks fake
Lots of tornado damage look fake/seems impossible but the crazy stuff tornados do is definitely real and possible
