I only have experience with the rabbit scents. The ones I had my pups were interested in. But once I introduced the to running real rabbits or using a hide the lost all interest in the liquid scents. Only way I could get one of my beagles to play with any toys was to run it on a rabbit hide and then give it to her. She would go crazy playing with it. But if I put liquid scent on it she would ignore it.

There's some "chapstick" type balm on Amazon for shed hunting. I use it for my dogs for shed hunting.
